I would not recommend these apartments at all. Not to my friends, family, or enemies. I left another review almost a year ago. We lived there for 2 years and left back in April. After a 200 dollar deposit I ended up being charged 55 dollars ant the end of move out due to «spots» on the carpet. One in the living room was normal wear and tear on a high traffic area. The other one was no more than a quarter size stain. They use a «3rd party company to clean and quote so of course they want to charge more than a «standard clean». I have the manager lady on tape saying I will get my deposit back. I also asked several other carpet cleaning companies if the pictures of the spots taken by mgmt needed additional cleaning and they said no. Bunch of crooks is the entire Management office. Parking is a joke. There is not enough parking space for residents so don’t even think about inviting family or friends over because they will not have a spot to park in. The gate I felt like was broken a couple of times a month. If you decide to not heed the other bad reviews and move in anyway… be prepared for the thinnest walls in the business. When a neighbor closes the door you hear and feel it. You can hear clear conversations through the walls. These apartments are a joke and I would stay far far away! Oh and another note… Garland Power and Light is the only power company you have to choose from so be prepared to pay high costs on your electric bill.

I am currently reside here, it’s close to G. Bush which I can get to Rockwall or Dallas in a short distance. The only complain is limited parking spaces and the garage is small.
