You dont need beyond reasonable doubt to see if the act has been committed. For civil purposes all you need is probability. If you look on Channel 11 news shown on 05/​23/​2016, you can find that this location had a driver who took a wallet and $ 600.00. The driver was caught on camera taking the wallet that was left near the customers residence where he delivered pizza. The appalling issue is that the management staff at this location allowed the driver to continue to work after incident was discovered by both the victims and management. You dont have to believe me. Just watch the news. With the lack of integrity from this location I wouldn’t rate this location a one star. I rate it a one star to be some what fair. The incident had been reported and I hope that victims in this case will be proactive in following the criminal process with this thug. Be cautious to all who order here. I dont need a conviction from the justice system for me to stop ordering here. $ 600.00, well they better give me pizza for two years. NO TIPS!

Since writing my first review I have received the credit and have used this Pizza Hut a lot of times. I waited to write a further review, but the pizza and service has been very good. I know say it’s a good place to get pizza

Unbelievable, you take an order online from me, charge me and make the pizza and THEN call me and tell me that you don’t deliver to me? I’m barely two streets down! Thank you for wasting my very short lunch time and doing NOTHING to rectify the situation. I would not recommend

Great pizza. Delivered promptly… what more could you ask for? I give it 5 stars, it gave me ten pounds that’s how good it is. I usually go for the pepperoni thick crust. Meatlovers is another favorite of mine.

— they called and said they were out of cheese stuff crust, ordered something else.
Waited 20min went to the store.
Got to the window.
” Oh sorry I canceled your whole order, you’ll have to re order“
Waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes.
This is the worst Pizza Hut location I have ever been to.
On several experiences —
Received the wrong order, payed for the correct order.
They decided they were to good to make a pan pizza an instead gave me thin crust.
Asked for a medium cheese lovers with Alfredo because someone came to visit an were allergic to tomatoes, so this location put marinara on the pizza.
Took it back an they said oh sorry I wasn’t paying attention.
Have you ever refused to order by phone an did it by Internet so they can understand what you want?
Well these people can mess that order up to.
A man in front of us who said he was waiting now for 45minutes — «
Sat their for 45min, got up an asked if it was done, „no just couple more minutes“
An hour later I asked an they said „we don’t have it“ went to go look for it an found it on the counter in a box with the box open an not under a heat lamp.
I already paid for it he said,

Well we can remake it for you, but you will have to pay for it.»
Their bread an marinara sauce at this location does not taste good.
I have been to better Pizza Hut locations in Dallas an this one I can actually taste a difference in the bread an sauce an even the pepperoni.
They hire teens who could care less if you get your order right or even if its fully cooked.
One time the cashier said «sir I’m paid even if I don’t do your order, so calm down an how about you just leave.» She was texting someone on her smart phone device…
So I’m done with this location.
Find a better Pizza Hut theirs one a little better 2.7m away.

Had this Pizza Hut location deliver to my Garland home last night and I was impressed with the speed of delivery. Took only 22 minutes when I ordered at just after 10:30. Was surprised and the food was very hot.
Perhaps I have not ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time, but when ordering online (faster than waiting on hold on the phone), it added a $ 2.50 delivery fee. I asked the driver if he gets the fee (in order to determine tip) and he said no. So I shelled out another $ 3 as a top on the small order.
I didn’t feel good about Pizza Hut collecting a $ 2.50 fee when the driver drove over to me and delivered. Was sort of like having to pay a pimp. If it’s true that Pizza Hut charges a delivery fee and screws their drivers where I have to tip more, I won’t call them again.
Driver was top notch and professional.
