Where do I start? I went in for shellac nails and a pedi. They quoted me $ 20 for each. The pedi was horrible. The massage chair didn’t work and they put my feet in cold water. She didn’t do a massage. The manicure was worse. Every nail on my hand is a different shape, some of them so pointed they look like witches nails. She didn’t put enough gel on so it looks like a glaze and you can see right through it. She didn’t get the polish to the edges on some and on others went sloppy over the edge. She hurried through it and did a horrible job because there were customers waiting and she didn’t want them to leave. I know the edges that went over onto my skin will be chipping within a couple days. So after this horrible experience I go to pay and she says my total is $ 50 after quoting $ 20 each. When I questioned her she said they add $ 5 for cutting cuticles and $ 5 to take the old shellac off. I’ve done Shellac at 5 other salons and never had them tack on these charges. Dishonest and shady people! I won’t ever go back.
