This is my first time here! I can honestly say Ms. Joanna did my nails and she was so sweet and amazing! Her hands were so nurturing I almost feel asleep in the chair. For gel nails color it’s $ 30 but I did french tip so it was $ 35. I’m happy with them. I’ve never had gels. So I will let yall know how long it lasts. Will definitely be back here.

Walked in with my sister and had to walk back out. Site was very unsanitary and dirty which is the first thing I usually notice. It’s a tad small and cramped which I don’t like.
We were asked to wait though it didn’t appear like they were all that busy for a Monday afternoon and the receptionist didn’t really seem to stop up selling at us. No thanks.

I used to go to Coco nails in Dallas. I’ve gone there since I was 13 years old. I moved to garland about two years ago, the drive from my original nail salon was 40 minutes away. I have literally tried almost every nail salon in the area, but none were up to my standards, until I came here. I had my set done by Cam and she did an amazing job and Lam did my pedicure and she did a good job as well. The inside of the nail salon itself isn’t fancy, but the service is great. I will definitely be coming here regularly. I’m so happy I found a nail salon in my area that I love! I was starting to give up hope!

Everyone is nice, but god my gel manicure was awful! The polish was just everywhere, leaking and jagged near my cuticles. It was not a clean application. My first time here and my last! My fault for wanting to try a new place! I never felt so upset and disappointed over a manicure ever! I also got a pedi which was alright. What sucks the most is they do an okay job and charge more than other places that does a great job. If you get shellac often, don’t come here. What a waste of $ 52, spend that hard earning money else where that does a better job.

After having a bad day. I took my girlfriend to get her mani and pedi. Right when I walked in, someone was there to greet me. We did not have to wait at all. After being seated, we were offer cold water or a can of soda. Both Mani and Pedi was done at the same time so it was very good timing. The nail tech that took care of my girl friend was Cam and Lan, she made sure everything my girlfriend had everything she needed (Pillows, water, fan, ect.) Cam and Lan both did the mani and pedi within 45 minutes, which is a fairly good time for both. I will difinitely talk her back to Michele Nails, Maybe next time even bring my mother.

The salon itself is nothing special but they do good work! I was referred by a friend but when I got in there I was disappointed at the feel and look of the place but decided to still give them a shot because my nails were ridiculous. They ended up doing a great job. Just feels dirty in the salon and needs some cleaning and touch up work done to be a nice, enjoyable experience. They don’t offer wine or complimentary water or soda which is a negative for me. Cam did my manicure (gel) and did a great job!

They are the best! Awesome customer service and great prices! Love these girls! I send all of my friends here and they come back to me with the same comments! They’re awesome! My mom and I go once a month for pedis and I go twice a month for nails and they know us every time, that’s what I call good customer service!

I’m literally sitting at this place as I type this review and it sucks! If I wasn’t in the middle of getting a «massage» I would leave. The massage chairs are old and crickety. I had to wait 20 mins while sitting in a chair with water getting cold before anyone said a word to me. I’m skipping my manicure I told them I wanted and leaving after she polishes. Needless to say, I will be going to a different nail salon tomorrow to get a real manicure and pedicure and never coming back here

This place is awesome. I have moved up north but whenever I come home I always get a pedicure here. $ 20 for a thorough pedicure is an amazing deal! I have never had a bad experience, I wish I could come here all the time!

Clean, well run salon. Love that they are open 7 days a week. My favorite nail tech Tracy left in January but not to worry, they are all good. I have not had the male do my nails but have had each of the ladies. I appreciate that they understand my «runner’s toe» dilemma. They are very gentle and when I show them wear my toes have been damaged they are very, very careful. Great place if you are a runner! Thirty dollars for a mani pedi. No television but new massage chairs and lots of magazines.

When I went in, it was incredibly busy (Sunday afternoon). Not only that, but it seemed like everyone had an appointment as well, which I take as a good sign, because it means they’ve been here before and liked it. Everyone has appointment’s with «Ann» I overheard. :-)
The man who did my nails looked like he ran the place. He answered the constantly ringing phone and he was very friendly and not annoyingly so. He was thorough and overall did a good job on my nails. I’m satisfied.
It’s a little small, but I personally didn’t have any wait time. The prices are reasonable as well.
