Our experience at this Mattress Firm was great! I am moving to a different city, yet alone a different state. Moving accommodations can be very stressful. I went in not knowing that I would walk out of there having a mattress being shipped to Chicago the day I wanted it to be there. They had a sale going on and our sales associate, Les Freeman made the process easier. He went above and beyond for us and explained the mattresses, shipping/​delivery costs, and added bonuses very thoroughly. Les was very pleasant to work with and he didn’t make us feel we were obligated to buy anything. He let us decide and even gave us a cheaper deal. Overall, great experience!
