Went to Dallas for a wedding and decided to stop by this place to get my nails done. Amazing place to get my nails and pedicure done. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating. The staff is also nice. Went here and got a full set done and I couldn’t be happier. Went ahead and also did my eyebrows. When I was here it wasn’t too busy so my service was prompt. I highly recommend this place if you want some warm and comforting atmosphere.

eek!!! this place needs to be remodeled and its over priced, first time ever been here my nail salon was closed so I decided to go here. I had a mani and pedi. Their wore 2 ladies working on me, I didn’t like my mani you can tell some nails had more coats of the nail polish, their was bubbles in some of my nails also strings of cotton stuck in nail polish. The lady that did my pedi did great but not worth the 20 dollars for a pedi down the street they charge the same but also do the hot stone massage for same price they want to add 10 dollars more if you want it done.

Went on my lunch break for a fill. Later after the polish dried I realized there were alot of places that weren’t even polished. Or looked unevenly coated shall I say. I went back after work. I’ve never made a big deal out of not being satisfied with a nail job. Hearing horror stories of how things can go wrong when a customer ask for a correction I just never did it, but I figured I just want them re polished so why not??? When I got back to the nail shop a lady that was in the shop earlier that day asked what I needed. I pointed out to her that my nails weren’t completely painted. She agreed and asked me to come back to a station. I guess she told the man who had did my nails earlier I was back. He was doing another woman’s nails so I waited for about 30 minutes. When he came over he asked me which nail I would like him to fix. I told him I wanted them all repainted. He got upset and raised his voice saying«You only got a fill, that’s it! That’s all we do!» I asked if he was the owner an he said he was not, so I told him I would like to speak to the owner. I waited for the owner to come over, he, just like the lady looked at my nails and agreed that his employee needed to redo them. I asked him if he could personally o them since I didn’t want the same man who had messed them up working on them again. He said he was very busy and that his employee ha to do it. Needless to say, the employee was upset. He started jerking my hands around and roughly taking the polish off. He told me to pick a color. I told him I wanted the same color and he told me I could not get that color again because he didn’t want me coming back in complaining. At this point it was beyond me. I stood up and got my keys and wallet and his response was. «Good get your shit and get the hell out of here» in front of everyone. I had stayed calm until this point. That’s when I lost it. I had my own choice words for him at this point. I also called and filed a police report. Never in my life have I experienced the disrespect I experienced here. And the owner acted as if he was afraid to reprimand his employee. I left with polish free nails. Never going back… One star for the owner attempting to fix the situation

I went in for just a color change for my hands and feet today. It was very busy but as soon as I picked a color(of which there was a fairly decent selection of china glaze and opi colors) I was seated in a massage chair. Unfortunately I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to come and do my nails. The man who did my nails did a good job. He did more than I expected for a color change. He filed and buffed my nails after he removed the polish and cleaned them with alcohol before doing a very nice polish. He didn’t talk much and in fact I don’t know his name but I was reading so I didn’t mind. Unfortunately by the time the polish was applied I was already late getting back to work and only could wait for a couple of minutes before leaving. I didn’t see any drying lamps anywhere but amazingly my nails made it out safely. I will probably go back but will not stay if they are crowded and be sure to let them know if I am under a time crunch. Ambience was standard strip mall décor. Nothing special. Televisions loud enough to hear with soaps on around noon. Temperature comfortable. Clean appearance overall.
