Jan-Pro Cleaning Systems

This company cleans for my corporate company — which means they clean my area as well. They don’t do anything but run a vacuum through main areas. They don’t sweep. They don’t mop. They don’t clean out window sills. They don’t clean up dead bugs. Floors are always filthy. They don’t clean countertops, They don’t clean bathrooms. I watched the same dead bugs decompose over a period of months just to see if they would ever come in and «see,» the bugs on their own, but they didn’t. I have left notes for the cleaning crew (on 8 ½ X 11 sheets of paper) with instructions as well as actually taped the notes to what needed to be cleaned. I also contacted «the man in charge» who assured me it would no longer be a problem, but it ALWAYS is. At one point he even told my corporate liason that he had been out personally to show his people what needed to be done. He claimed (to her) it was not a normal occurrence but when I’ve looked at the same dead bugs for months… it kind of IS!!! I would love to change companies, but I have been told we are «under contract.»
