Needed bundle service, so at 0.99/pound I thought I would try them out… So glad I weighed my bundle before I went… lady came out and said «it is 32 pounds». Uh, no, I weighed it and it is 24. I should have taken that as a sign and gone back to the tried and true Bubbles Laundry in Rowlett (0.90/pound). I went against my gut and let them do my laundry… my clothes stink. Will not be back, if you need bundle service drive a little extra and go to Bubbles, the clothes smell AWESOME and I have never seen such AMAZING detail when it comes to folding.

$ 400 DOWN THE DRAIN!!! I picked up 6 dress shirts and they had huge blue ink stains on them (not there when I dropped them off). After allowing them to «try to take the stain out», 4 shirts still had stains and 2 shirts had 6-inch holes in them! The manager argued with me and said she would not reimburse me for the cost of the shirts until I let her try to fix the remaining shirts. They tried and destroyed those shirts as well. They told me that the shirts were old anyway and refused to pay for any damages. I now have $ 400 worth of rags thanks to Dryclean Supercenter! KEEP YOUR CLOTHES FAR AWAY FROM THEIR STORE!!!

This place is awful and not too friendly. I took 2 new shirts and pants to them. A shirt came back with a stain that wasn’t on it when I took it in and pants also have a stain and now have no buttons on them. Wft? I will only use spirit cleaner from now on.
