I walked in today just to get some information, as we are starting the flooring process. Richard, who I am assuming is the store manager, was extremely friendly and helpful. He took his time and made me feel valued as a customer, not a potential sale. Richard answered my questions to the best of his knowledge as he helped me explore flooring options. He was never salesy or pushy, which I appreciate above all else.
