CVS pharmacy

I’m giving this a 5 star ONLY because of the pharmacy tech that I think is pretty new there.
One night I was standing in line waiting for my scrip and it was moving s l o w l y. The girl working the register was obviously new. I was ok with that (who hasn’t been new on the job before) and was impressed with her staying calm and keeping a smile on her face. Because throughout my 20 min of standing there waiting (I watched the time obviously :) the pharmacist (a woman) was straight up BITCHING at the new girl. The pharmacist was being rude and demanding and was berating the girl telling her how she better hurry up and learn how to type in information because she didn’t hire someone who wasn’t going to do what she tells her to do. The pharmacist was LOUD and extremely unprofessional. I was embarrassed for the new person and got pissed off because she was being bullied. I didn’t know what to do because I felt like telling the pharmacist to STFU. Seriously who in their right mind thinks it’s ok to treat another person like that?
When it was my turn to be checked out, I told the new person (quietly) that I was sorry she was being spoken to like that. I told her it was disrespectful and unprofessional and that she didn’t deserve it. I will definitely not return to that CVS. Their pharmacist needs a lesson in how to speak to others. She is obviously lacking in social skills.

My eyes are in pain but i waited patiently to pick up my prescription. But my prescription company needs to speak with someone from cvs first. I was there almost an hr and come home empty where i had to request my eye dr to please resend my prescription somewhere else instead.
After i request someone to speak to the prescription company, i wrote my phone number on a piece of paper … Crystal who puts it on a side walked her coworker out and took a break since she didnt come back in right away. After coming back from break instead of making the call she starts gossiping with other employee. I got a little upset walk up and asked how much longer will it be because my eyes are in pain, a girl leaned over to Crystal and asked «have u called?» They both start whispering and the girl answer «a few more minutes…»
This is my first Unilocal review because i couldn’t stand it so i have to speak up.

They need to clean the back where the pharmacy at, it look nasty got gums on the carpet, floor are dirty as hell.
