Food was fine as Cici’s go, but I was really underwhelmed by the service on an overcrowded Sunday lunchtime. There was barely room to move, but they left a cartful of dirty dishes near us for 15 minutes, blocking most of an aisle.
They told me they don’t make regular cheese pizza anymore (with tomato sauce) for the buffet – only by request. The most common, popular type of pizza with kids? So then we had to wait for the special order, which wasn’t a huge deal, but when they brought it to us, not only was it blisteringly hot, but the waitress set it right in front of my toddlers. If I hadn’t had quick reactions and grabbed the plate away in time, they could have been burned.

I usually go with my kids to this location, but I think there must be a new manager now. I’m eating pizza, so I placed a seltzer in the water I got & took it. The manager came up to me with a green kiddie cup & told me to put that Sprite I got in my cup into the green kiddie cup. I’m like «what …» Yup, that’s the service I got. I felt discriminated too.

ENVIRONMENT:
This is the only place that actually does a good job of keeping the salad bar clean and tries to prevent cross mixing. They try to keep the dining area as clean as possible but with as much traffic as they get and kids dropping and spilling stuff it’s pretty tough so I won’t hold that against them.
PRICES:
Spent $ 26.00 and fed the entire family beyond full. You know the CB loves a discount on anything.
SERVICE:
The team that the my have serving you is friendly. Most of them are high school students and I am always down to support kids working.
But what do we all really care about? THE FOOD!!!
Cicis added a new stuffed crust pizza which is ok at best. The main thing about the food is that you go to get full, nothing more. The quality is ok and that’s all good. Where else can you go and spend $ 26.00 dollars and feed 2 adults and2 kids? That is why we will be back.
Overall this place does its job as far as inexpensive and quantity of food.
I give this spot a CB 1 Thumb up!!!

Decent pizza and salad. Good value at $ 5.00 for the buffet. I like the thin crust much better than the regular stuff they serve. Wish they would put more than one thin crust up at a time.

I enjoyed my quickie lunch buffet until a barefooted customer came in the restaurant, went to the buffet table, and made himself a plate of food. And of course he sat near me. Just my luck.
