Today was my first time going in. I usually eat J. G’s burgers on Greenville Ave. The first bite i had taken into the burger I fell deeply in love. From now on I will be eating here which is down the street from home vs. J.G. Thank you burger burger

No lie one of the best burgers ever. Run by an extremely sweet family. Burgers are the perfect size and their spicy fries are amazing. They saw my belly and asked about my due date. Next thing I know they bring out my burger with a flag on a toothpick that says we’ll pray for a happy healthy baby. They even said they would make my baby a tiny burger! Oh they also have really good sweet tea/​lemonade so you can make your own Arnold Palmer.

Found this place by accident and the wife and I were very happy with the burgers. Really cool place for kids and adults alike. Get the spicy fries with the burger. Yum

Dont arrive in a hurry. I have been waiting 20 minutes for my burger. One guy working the grill and he is slow.

This place is great! Its small colorful /​quirky décor that is super kid friendly!
Everything, including the fries, is made to order.
We had a few burger combos and they were really good and reasonably priced. The French fries are skinny and cooked perfectly.
The food is a good 4.5 but the atmosphere and kind owner make it a 5 even if the food was a 3.
There was only one to cook, deliver and run the register. He doesn’t doesn’t get in a hurry So you might need to wait a few minutes to have your order taken but it’s worth it!
The kids get a $ 1 card to buy a prize. We got a webkin!

Very tasty hamburgers and fries. Real friendly. Definitely an old school mom and pop style place. This is one of the top burgers u will find.

Went with my daughter and really enjoyed the burger and fries. Staff is very friendly as well.

I think my cholesterol got higher from eating here but that’s ok :)
I got the blue cheese burger and it was amazing. It came with bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions, and blue cheese. and a burger pattie! The burger was juicy and went nice with the crispy bacon (and I usually don’t like bacon paired with another meat). I also got a side order of onion rings and they were delicious as well.

I came to this place by accident, tried the mushroom burger and today I’ll try cheese burger, btw, their spicy fries is pretty good.

After reading another review I decided to try this place out. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed not only the food but the wonderful staff, plus they had silly putty and toys for our kids to play with. The food was good and they actually cook with real beef. They’re next to Kroger so if you’re looking for it!
Pros: good burgers with options. All day breakfast menu. Kid friendly. Nice staff. 3 breakfast tacos for $ 3
Cons: after all my bad experience friending good tacos on this side of town lol I wish they sold street tacos

Absolutely enjoyed this place! If you come you have to get the spicy fries! This place is great for kids. They also have a good size portion! Will come back!

Good old fashion burger. Very friendly staff! You can’t beat a quarter pound burger combo for $ 6. Love the casual atmosphere… I would definitely recommend :)

The staff is very friendly & food is on point! When you walk in it smells like delicious burgers! We knew we were in for a treat.
Came here with my boyfriend he ordered Texas burger burger with an egg and onion rings. I tried his burger and it was delicious– onion rings were delicious.
I ordered a regular basic burger and spicy fries. Delicious as well. The burgers were big (think whataburger). The fries had a nice spice! I’m not a huge spice fan and I thoroughly enjoyed it! $ 20 for two people– for some great food! Great prices and it looked like they give some ticket to kids and a free prize for when they finish their food– I’m not a parent but still– how cool is this? We are even buying breakfast tacos to go since the dinner was so great.
They even gave us tips on how to reheat the tacos tomorrow morning :-) overall ¹⁰⁄₁₀!!!
The chipotle mayo is a delicious sauce for onion rings & fries.
I’m super picky and a pain when going out to eat, and I LOVE this place, people, and food!!!

Excellent burgers! Wife and I came here after reading the great reviews on Unilocal.We were not disappointed! The burgers came out hot and fresh and were very good «old-​fashioned» burgers. If you like a little kick to your burger, get the Texas one. Some jalapeños give it great flavor without burning your mouth off
Fries are a must! I got the spicy; wife got the mild Both were very good
Only slight negative is that there is no separate kitchen, so that coupled with no ventilation causes the dining area to smell of the food — which means you smell like burgers when you leave. On the plus side, there is an outside table (but just one).
Several kid areas to keep the little ones entertained as well.
The restaurant is very clean (including the bathrooms)!
This is a very good «mom and pop» restaurant and the owners are very friendly and fun!

A great small locally run place. I’ve never had a burger because I don’t eat cow, but the chicken sandwiches are great. Fries and onion rings are really tasty, too. Breakfast tacos all day. Really nice folks run the place.

Quick for lunch. Hot fresh and the guy at counter helped me decide. This what a good restaurant does and they go beyond good and hit great on their way past to stupendous

I give this spot 4 stars because it is my first visit and I only got to try one thing. I got the bacon cheeseburger and fries. It was one of the best burgers that I had in a long time. The seasoning was spot on and the veggies were fresh. The fries were a good size portion and I was very full. Definitely a must visit in Garland
