They are friendly but the place is a mess. One day we had to walk our dogs through back and the grooming areas was a mess. Hair everywhere and didn’t look clean. After picking up my dogs they seemed scared and afraid. This happened twice. They never acted like that at the other groomer. I have a feeling that the groomers were not very nice to my dogs.

They don’t even deserve one star. After they showed up many hours late to pick her up, they lost our dog, didn’t groom her and then avoided our contact. Long story short, she wasn’t returned until the next day around noon and I still had to pay for services. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!
