A/C Rescue

The response and service we received from this company was outstanding. They were contacted after the initial HVAC company we used didn’t respond to our calls after they ordered emergency repair parts for our heater. Tim and Peter arrived at the time they said they would, quickly repaired the issue, then took the initiative to check other areas of the heating system. They discovered, and quickly repaired additional problems the initial company did not even investigate. They answered all of my questions and were courteous and professional. I will call them in the future and highly recommend them.

I would post 4 negative starts, if i could… What a dishonest and crooked company this is! I had a furnace issue that was covered under my home warranty. I called, they sent these guys. A tech and the ‘owner’ showed up the next day. The owner basically sat in the truck and the tech went into the attic. The tech looked at the furnace and though it was a dirty sensor. While he was cleaning the sensor, the owner proceeded to lumber into the attic. The both came down a few minutes later and said the furnace circuit board was shot and it wasn’t covered under warranty. He rudely walked out muttering something when i told him i wasn’t going to pay him $ 400 for a new circuit board. He said something about my being a cheap as#ho#2 and wasting him time.
I called the home warranty people and he had reported the furnace had been flooded (which would make this a pre-​existing condition). (Did i mention the furnace is in the attic — it was not flooded at any time). After much pleading, i got the home warranty to send another company out to look at the furnace. And they found the problem — the A/​C rescue people didn’t put the cover on the furnace correctly. (so the safety switch would not allow the furnace to fire). The second (and honorable) company simply installed the cover and it fired up. While there they did verify that the cleaning of the sensor was all that had been required to fix the AC.
