Great place. New owner, Debbie does a great job. They have a professional staff to do nails and hair. Highly recommend this spot and they even do walk-​ins. I love my haircuts there and its also easy to
park there too.

I am a new customer and won’t be back. The owner is a loud mouth rude biatch. She took calls the entire time she worked on my head. She hardly spoke to me, but bantered back and forth (very loudly) the entire time with her staff. When I was finally ready to leave… she made me stand there while she swept up my cut hair before she let me pay to get out of there… she had another lady in the chair before I even got to pay. I won’t be back! What is it with salons in Nevada?!

I’m writing this review for my not so computer savvy mother. I don’t want to get into too much hearsay, but after listening to the deplorable experience my mother received at this establishment I feel that I must warn others. The long and the short of the story is that the owner, Jennifer, has some serious anger issues that, on this occasion, she took out on my mother, a new customer (or dare I say «new victim»). Jennifer berated my mother in front of other customers and stylists simply because she was asked a couple questions about the dye she was using. After being humiliated by Jennifer, my mother headed for the door to make a quick escape, only to hear Jennifer yell «You Old Biddy». Perhaps Jennifer does not like sweet «older» ladies? As you can see from the other reviews, the owner of this dump has a lot to learn about customer service. Oh, and Jennifer, if you read this, please feel free to contact me because I’d love to tell you what I really think about you.
