To cut a long story very short, Joe Prinz is an amazing plumber and very worthy of the money that he charges. That’s the story, and here are the examples.
Over the last several years we have had several reasons to call Joe, and every time he arrives when he says he will, he’s given me a reasonable estimate of what it will cost, and the job has always gone the way that he thought it would. He has, specifically, removed and replaced our water heater, re-​plumbed the old part of our house to allow the new part (the addition we did), did all the plumbing for two retrofitted showers, installed a garbage disposal, installed a new kitchen faucet, installed four different bathroom faucets, and arrived to do other odd jobs on little notice.
After all this work, we did have a little glitch, we called him, he came over, it was fixed in five minutes, and, although we expected to pay him, there was no charge.
If you need a plumber, Joe will do a great job, communicate effectively, and be worth the money that you pay him. You’ll rest easy, and it’s worth the money.
