Cassidy classic cleaning is a life saver! You know what I hate doing??! Cleaning! Now I don’t have to! It is so nice to come home from a long day at work to a clean house. And having them come twice a month means I never have to clean a toliet again! Brian and his team are nice, prompt and reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

Our company received a typed Scope of work that detailed the work Cassidy Classic Cleaning was to do. From the first week corners were cut and sloppy unprofessionally dress females were sent to our business. They were late or didnt show, acted like they were on speed, came and left quickly.
Reasons Not to do business with them: Not trust worthy staff, supplies disappeared including a commercial vacuum. We complained the first week and tried to work with the owner but he wanted us to deal directly with his employees. We gave them 85 days and it just got worse. We paid $ 4615.00 over that period of time and withheld the final invoice for failure to perform the scope of work. Mr. Cassidy refused to settle or compromise the final invoice. He then filed a lien against our property. I researched that he files liens on properties as a way to blackmail payment.
I am left no choice to file a law suit in Douglas County Courts.
I wrote him two letters putting him on notice with no response.
Warning Cassidy Classic Cleaning doesn’t do the work but expects payment regardless that the work is not done. Plus he could careless that you are not satisfied because he will go file a lien on your property.
He has found a loop hole that evidently has worked for him. Well, I am not going to
Sit still for this tactic.

Cassidy Classic Cleaning is the BEST! I have never had my house look so clean! Brian does great windows and his team cleans so fast I would have bet there was 20 of them! Of course they were on time, accurate on their bid and left my house cleaner than I have ever seen it! I will use them every 2 weeks for the rest of my life! Why clean another toilet again!!! I would recommend them for small offices to big commercial jobs too!
