I’m from California and was visiting the family for the holidays. We decided to take the kids here. They offered the best customer service, providing a platter of chips, and a pot of hot water for the adults to make a cup of coffee or hot tea. Amazing few hours. Never have we felt like true guests. Thank you

Recently attended a birthday party here and was generally pleased with the place for what it is. My daughter ran for a solid hour between the bounce houses having fun before having pizza, cake and all the other stuff that comes with a birthday party. I saw the staff quietly, quickly and politely help the parents of the birthday girl assist with the serving of the of refreshments and food. All in all, good times for an almost 5 year old. I noticed the storage area high up, as mentioned in another post, and they have been cleaned up some and hidden by decorative/festive ballon walls. Better, but in the long run it would probably be best to be hidden by a more permanent structure/wall. But it was safely away from the kids, so it’s more aesthetics than a safety risk. I did notice that all the video games were turned off, and I’m ok with that. Not sure if they work, but I much more enjoy seeing my kid(s) run and play on the bounce houses than play video games. With them not even powered on, the kids looked at them then just went off running. I’m not sure what the owners are going to do with them, but if they are off during a birthday parties, that is fine with me. It seems that the owners are improving the place from what it was a month or two ago, so hopefully they will finish making the refinements soon.

We attended a birthday party at Bounce n Play today. This was maybe our 20th party there(including having thrown several of our own there in the past). Under the previous ownership it was a wonderful spot to throw an indoor party. They made it very convenient and it was such a tidy spot. The pros are they have several bounce houses that the children can enjoy. As mentioned it’s indoors and it’s lovely to have that option when the weather gets extreme. They provide festive decorations, including plates, cups, and napkins for the birthday kid, and they arrange tables and chairs for your party. The thing I noticed most today, however, was how incredibly cluttered it is. There were broken vending machines, boxes stacked everywhere, the front desk is just a hodge podge of junk, and someone was lying down on the floor behind the gift table throughout the entire party! I asked the host of the party and she said that person didn’t belong to the group(meaning it wasn’t a child who suddenly fell ill). The young woman at the front desk was on her cell phone the entire time, previously this same person was incredibly attentive.(And in fact I have had parties where the owner was even serving pizza and cake to everyone. While not expected, it was a lovely touch that really made the host breathe easy). The host ordered pizza and there were as many adults as there were children. In the past, the facility always willingly supplied the plates, this time however the front desk informed the host that there were only plates for the children. There was not an offer to sell plates. This wouldn’t have been an issue if they had known ahead of time that this would be different from past experiences. Honestly this looks like a storage unit that happens to also house inflatable jumpers. The amount of stuff was staggering. I don’t think I would pay to have another of my kids’ parties here, which is a shame as we’ve had so many and it used to be a favorite spot.
