My husband sent me flowers for my birthday, while I was working in Minden. I was so surprised to find a beautiful, modern and lush arrangement waiting for me. After chatting with him about his experience, he said that it was the only florist in the area that could deliver the flowers the same day. After checking out their Unilocal page, I was surprised to see their low ratings. However, our experience was very positive and I will definitely order from them in the future. Thank you!

If I could give less than 1 star I would have. I ordered flowers through FTD and normally I get flowers that are at least close to what the picture looks like online. Or I’ll get a phone call from the shop that is doing the arrangement if there needs to be a substitution. In this case, this shop just made a substitution that was no where near the picture without contacting me. Not even the same color flowers. The vase was completely different as well. Online it showed a lot of purple and orange flowers, what my wife received was really small purple flowers, one yellow rose, and big huge green banana leaves that don’t even look good in the arrangement. Whoever put this arrangement together has no style at all and lacks any kind of creativity. They should quit their job and go into a different field, because this is not the right job for them.

For teacher appreciation week I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughters school. I paid 75 $ I was alerted my credit card company that wildflower charged me 775 $ and then another 775 $ and then 75 $ I called wildflower to let them know that they had over charged me by 1550 $ thinking that would be quite alarming to them. They however did not seem to concerned at all. She told me «silly me I’ll fix it» and then hung up. I did not hear back from them at all that day. When I saw the flowers that were delivered they were pathetic. I could have gotten a nicer arrangement for 20 $ at costco. I called that evening to complain and let the owner know how disappointed I was and make sure I was refunded the 1550 $ and honestly expecting a refund and an apology for that huge of an error. They told me «I was going to get to that but we got busy today» you would think a mistake of that size would be a priority! I canceled the transactions within my bank and left messages to speak with the owner the following day. The owner never called me back. I had to call multiple times and only after I refused to hold and insisted to speak with her was I able to even get through to her. she was less than concerned, offered no refund, no apology and really didn’t do much of anything. She actually said«how should I have known that» and«I’m not seeing what the problem is»(she didn’t see the problem because«I didn’t actually have to pay the 1550 $» ummmm what??? Only because I canceled the transaction! Your staff did nothing!!!) PLEASEDONOT waste your time or money. This place took the joy out of something that was supposed to be wonderful. They certainly will not receive any more of my business. And I hope none of yours.

Years ago this was the top florist in G’Ville and you paid extra for their beautiful arrangements. And, they were totally worth it. Now you just pay the high price and you get what you get. I recently received flowers ordered by a family member out of the country. They arrived in the equivalent of a clear Dollar Store vase. Water was cloudy, stem ends were brown and the bow was clearly re-used — it was frayed on the ends and too short. It wasn’t even tied like a bow — it was just wrapped around the top of the Dollar Store vase. There were flowers crammed into a vase — nothing about this was an «arrangement». There were too many flowers so some were sunk down into the water. The wires they used to bundle the flowers were sticking out. The foliage was brown in some places and wilted in others. My guess is they got rid of a tired arrangement that didn’t sell. The sad thing is, you can’t really tell the person who sent you flowers not to use this florist or it takes away their pleasure in giving the gift. And the person sending the flowers just threw plenty of good money away. Unfortunately, A Wildflower is the only game in town. This is my third negative experience so I thought it was time to speak up. If you need flowers — go to Costco and buy really fresh, beautifully arranged flowers for about $ 15. You can buy a vase or re-use one you already have. If you need them delivered — use another florist — maybe in Carson City.

These people are unreliable and send ugly arrangements. The story: My friend did some bad things and decided to send me flowers as an apology. Unfortunately she chose to use this florist. These idiots charged her credit card and didnt send the flowers. My friend called them two weeks later to find out what happened and they said that, «I guess they never got delivered.» Really? Because it was a sensitive situation between her and I, she requested that they include a note explaining the delay. These people just disregarded her and included a card with, «Im sorry» written with a blue office pen. No explanation, and no real effort to make things right. The«Im sorry» part was my friends sentiment, not the florist’s, which means they chose to write the card with a blue office pen, in 10 seconds, when they already f***ed up and didnt even send the flowers. How could anyone think that was acceptable?! Next time they should just write the card in crayon to match their level of professionalism. The arrangement was ugly as f*** too. The flowers were a solid 8/10, but the arrangement had some very tasteless dead branches hanging out 2 ft in all directions. Id like to meet the person that stood back from that and said to themselves, «Now that is good work.» Thats some next level idiocy right there. It resembled the creepy forest scene from the old snow white disney cartoon. This is one business that deserves to close.

My daughters and grandchildren sent flowers to me for my 60th Birthday from Wildflower Florist. It was a orchid plant that looked like it came from a market. When I sent a «thank you» text and picture to my children, they were horrified. They had ordered hydrangea’s(my favorite flower) and paid a lot. My daughter called the shop and they refunded some of her money. My kids felt so bad that I didn’t get what they wanted to send. How disappointing that this is the only flower shop in town.

Avoid this place. I wish there were other places in town because this place doesn’t deserve your business. I have a number of times ordered over-priced, underwhelming arrangements. When I finally was so disappointed upon picking up an arrangement that I said something, I was told that I don’t understand how much(her mediocre) flowers cost(+ a 3X markup), and that I’m paying a premium for her expertise. I had explicit directions exactly how I wanted it to look, and I didn’t get what I wanted. I ended up in an argument with the owner and walked out without an arrangement.

I have used Wildflower twice because i wanted to use a local business instead of web flowers, but both times they have screwed up my orders. They have just lost my business. Ordered a beautiful arrangement for a birthday and they couldn’t make it so they substituted. and did not tell me at the time only after it was made. NOT delivered on the day requested so it was late for birthday. Ordered corsages for my grandson’s prom. totally blew that one! Never again. sorry

If I could, I would give ZERO stars. I ordered through FTD and paid for the deluxe arrangement priced at $ 75.00. What was delivered to my Aunt wasn’t even worth $ 20. Only 6 carnations and one candle. I ordered the centerpiece with 17+ carnation and roses with 2 candles. Needless to say, FTD is resending through another local florist. I highly recommend you do NOT use this business. They obviously try to cheat customers and not give them what they pay for.

I’m not sure how this business stays open.?? Save your money go elsewhere !! I had flowers delivered on Valentines Day from my husband to myself and daughter, my mother taught me that if a rose has to be stuck with a wire to keep it held up, its a inferior product. I have had a roses open up and I still be standing straight up even after there dead ! Good ones do that. so I called the next morning and asked about the wires, the lady reluctantly, said I could bring the arrangement back and they would fix it for me. So I brought just my arrangement back that same day and the lady was just going to pull the wires out and leave the same roses!!! Until I asked,” you’re just going to pull the wires out?” she said rudely you want me to replace them? I said yes, please!!!(that’s why I brought them back in) whole while she was explaining to me why they wire them… because it’s so dry here and so that the rosebuds don’t break off during delivery, insisting that that wasn’t due to inferior product… that their roses were a very good product. She also made a point of telling me my husband only ordered 6 but she GAVE me a dozen(HOWRUDEISTHAT??) And even IF he did I’d rather have 6 good roses than 12 bunk ones that don’t even open!!! So I thanked her and brought the roses home, and just as I thought the rose stems stand straight up but the buds haven’t even opened, and the flower buds have fallen right over below the Rosebud. this business need to work on their customer service and get better product(I’m sure they weren’t cheap) I will go elsewhere for flowers I told my husband also,” shop elsewhere next time you wanna buy me some flowers honey.“ SOSAD
