I really can find no faults here. The food is consistently good. The service is consistently good, with friendly servers. The prices are right. The Williams is a nice place for a night out with the family, or for a date night, or for an evening out with friends. Nothing fancy, but a nice, casual place with a comfortable feel that makes one feel welcome.

The service deserves 5 stars alone. We had our whole family here for a dinner after our dear Uncle’s wake. The wait staff took great care of our large (20+) party. The Haddock stuffed with seafood was AMAZING. They also took care of the large reception lunch the next day after the funeral. Great potato salad (with bacon!!!), macaroni salad, and your typical deli sandwiches. Again, great and kind servers. It is appreciated during such a hard time to have pleasant experiences.

This restaurant serves a variety of American style food. For an appetizer, we had the coconut shrimp and it was the best coconut shrimp I have ever had! We shared the seafood combo as the portion size was too large for one person. The haddock was cooked through yet still quite moist (melt in your mouth). The platter also had shrimp, scallops and clam strips along with fries and onion chips. The tartar sauce was nice and tangy. The cole slaw was the only part that was not up to par; it was too dry and not tangy. For dessert we split the cookie lava sundae. The waitress was very efficient yet despite being busy she remembered information about us. This is a homey restaurant that is good for families and couples alike.

Went for cornbeef and cabbage. large portion for a good price. and it was pretty good too. the waitress was awesome actually the whole staff seemed very friendly. I ordered a sex on the beach to drink it was a bit stronger then I’m used to but still good. If your in Gardner check it out.

I enjoyed my visit. I ordered Steamed broccoli, fried fish and mashed potato’s. The cook or chef did a out standing job on my meal. The wait for food was reasonable, within 15 – 20 min. It was of lavishing flavor in which, is surprising based on the location. The further out from Boston the more Bland food becomes. The restaurant was neat, clean and, my waiter was a cheerful nice woman. I will visit again.

A little overpriced for what it is. Since they’re famous for their wings, you’d think they’d do 25-​cent wings or something, but they’re over a dollar a wing. I mean, who’s counting, and they were good, but I mean… I get buffalo wings everywhere I go and these were above average for the area, but nothing special. Clam strips were decent.

These folks were the main venue for my wife’s HS reunion. It was a combination cocktail hour and buffet meal and they did a great job!
About a hundred of us descended upon the place on a Saturday night. We overwhelmed the parking lot but I don’t hold that against them. We were an unusually large party.
The cocktail hour was handled just fine. The staff was more than adequate and friendly. The drinks prices were typical. The room was nice with plenty of space for both standing and sitting. I’d go here with fiends for a drink any time.
Let’s move on to the buffet meal. The room was beautiful and nicely decorated for our event. The place settings were way above average. The salad was served. It was large, had lots of goodies, and was fresh. The choices on the buffet were very typical. Sliced beef, chicken, lasagna, mashed potatoes, etc., etc. What was not typical was the quality. Everybody commented on how good it was. Williams was a great choice for this event.
