All Weather Decks

It baffles me to write this review… Cass came out to give us a deck quote. He came off so professional and made it sound like it would be a simple deck addition. A couple days later he sent us a quote. After going back and forth a bit, we agreed on a quote for our deck addition. He informed us via e-​mail that he would be able to start around the beginning of July, but that we would need to put half the money down for a deposit. We told him that was fine but that we would like to have a more concrete timeline established before handing over the deposit/​signed contract. Cass never responded. We called and e-​mail multiple times. Left kind voice mail inquiries. No response. It was as if he was completely ignoring us. At first I thought he was just really busy as I recall him mentioning that he responded mainly on the weekends due to building during the week. BUT weeks passed and still nothing. Our patience ran thin and we decided to go with someone else. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I retract the kind things I told him as the reasoning why we were choosing to go through him. Unless you want to babysit and beg for communication, look elsewhere for your deck build.
