Came in here for a quick dinner last night and am just now posting a review. Gotta say, it was a disturbing experience. As stated in the reviews yesterday there were flies all over the floor and on most of the dining tables. Nonetheless I did order food and it was good. Didn’t eat inside because of the nastiness of dead flies and dying flies. Maybe management should take more care of the wellbeing of the store environment. Good lord if a health inspector would have walked in this place would have been shut down. That is how bad the situation was.

Food is the usual, but after I order and sit down, I notice fly’s and nats everywhere on floor and the tables and on the serving counter. I already order by took my food outside. The fly’s looked like they were dead or wiggling around for dear life. Huge turn off

Food is mediocre. Walked in and there were flies EVERYWHERE. Outside before you even walk in, on the floor inside, on the tables, serving counter, register, I mean everywhere. Huge turn off as I was ordering food.

I came here in the morning, which means that there were not many people there.
The employees there were so quick in getting my food ready.
I love the fact that the cashier at the end of giving me my order, she offered any condiments, which personally its so cool because i tend to forget and once i am miles away i remember about the condiments.
Talk about my food being so fresh and hot.
I love the clam chowders from yoshinoya, just love them. Must try.

Food is good. Took them more than 12mins to serve my meal at 3pm. That’s «Slow service». Only one guy cooking in the kitchen and one casher+ one person cleaning hall. More than $ 10 lunch. I can eat Shabushabu at Shinsengumi for this price.
Yoshinoya Japan import beef from USA but way cheaper than here. Why ???

The cashier, who had a terrible attitude handed me my beverage cup with only 3 fingers, literally almost throwing it, and then proceeded to slammed it on the counter. The worst part was, her hands weren’t clean and she left some dirty fingerprints on my cup. This wouldn’t have bothered my if not for the fact that she touched the inside of the cup. Are you kidding me? This all occured after I used a simple coupon, which honestly as a once frequent Yoshinoya costumer, really saddens me.

I love Yoshinoya and this location. The customer service is great and the food was delicious. I had a really good coupon I used, which was two large chicken bowls for 8 dollars. My girl and I went used them and really enjoyed.

It’s very frustrating to be treated negatively solely on the basis of the color of you skin but that’s exactly what happen last night late in this location Feb1 approx 12:30am. I was just trying to put an order in but the black man working the cash register was giving me so much attitude I couldn’t get thru my order. I asked him what’s up with all this attitude and hating. All he says was «just continue.» and gives me a look of disdain. I call him out on being a «hater» and left. So stupid. I’m only writing this review so management knows what goes on in their store. I feel fortunate experiences like this don’t happen to me personally that often but this incident makes me feel bad for those of any race to be treated negatively solely based on the color of their skin.

I come here a few times a month. Food is always good. My only issue is the staff isn’t very friendly. And when I do come here it’s always during the busy peek hours, so usually busy and there’s always a line with one person taking orders and bagging. It would be nice if they had more help during the busy times and maybe the staff would be happier.

This place is nasty and the service is bad!!! I was given something that was not even safe for a dog to eat. When I realized what they gave me to so called eat, I had to drive back and show them. They didn’t not want to compensate me for having to drive back after I made it home and discovered the nasty burned mess they made for me to eat. I was 5 days from my due date of having a baby and they did not care that I had to drive back and that I had to wait to eat because they gave me inedible garbage. Kalvin fakes like he is not the manager and can’t make any decisions!!! This place should be closed down!!! It’s always empty for a reason, now I know why. ZERO STARS! SHUT DOWN!!!

Just had a terrible experience at this location. Brought the food back home and realized that the order was incorrect. I went back to get the food that I ordered and learned that I made a mistake of going back. An employee name «Dillon» was almost screaming at me and his face became red. Other employee, who was standing next to him, didn’t know what to say. She was in shock as I am. He was screaming that it was a mistake but refused to apologize. The manager was standing about 10 feet away and she pretend that she didn’t hear anything. What do you think the result of the food that I received after this incident? Under cook chicken and 90% of the rice was soak in steak sauce. I had to throw away the food. This place used to have very friendly employees. Truly disappointed at this place. I will not go to this place again.

This chain is one of the easiest places to find to get your fix of rice and chicken or beef. Other places blow this place out the water but you can’t help to drop in when they always supply you with new coupons in the mail all the time.
Their cheese cake is awesome and is sold by the slice. If you want the whole cheese cake they sell it at Smart & Final stores. I won’t dare get the whole cake as I might regret it 30 minutes later. Lol!
They have added a whole lot of new items to the menu. I have only tried the orange chicken so far and was greatly disappointed. I will stick to the classic chicken and beef bowls.

This location has the best Beef Bowl. The beef taste delicious and its not rubbery like some other locations. I usually go at night, because the asian cook/​chef seems to know what he’s doing. Excellent Job Sir:) thank you.

Visited Yoshinoya today though my last 2 visits were pretty bad same location in Gardena CA, on Redondo Beach Blvd. I thought for sure things would be different — — but no same lousy service… All the food was just being piled on the inside counter… No one assisted in passing out the orders, just taking orders while the food just sat on the counter… Though I was next to get my order, 3 customers that came in after I did received theirs first because of the piled up food that no one knew how to control…
Efficiency & Service is not something this location work towards…

Yoshinoya is always delicious however the sanitation and service from the Gardena CA absolutely sucks. Cashier had headphones on and I’m sure was on the phone while attempting to take my order. Place looked dirty and the cook was super slow. One cook, one cashier and a lot of angry customers.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I’ve never liked Yoshinoya. It doesn’t compare to Flame Broiler, Rascals, and other teriyaki places.
The quality of the meat is awful; there is a lot of fat in it. The vegetables are gross. The best thing here is probably the sesame wings.
