Wingstop

I have been to this Wing Stop 3 or 4 times and twice ordered on line and in doing so they have not been able to get my order correct and I still had to wait and other times I asked for fries which tasted like they had been re warmed or completely left out. I live very close to this one but no more… I will just travel to another one.

I just love your guys food! Wings are cooked all the way, crispy, great sauce ratio. Fries are amazing, regular and lemon pepper. Great selection of beers, and app is great too. Great work!

First off this is a location with no indoor seating, had there been seating they would have scored better. So if you want to sit and eat your lunch like our lunch group this is not the place for you either.

Terrible customer service called in my order for a 10 piece well done lemon pepper and veggie sticks all celery. I didn’t get anything right soggy chicken and carrots and celery which is so annoying I stressed for it to be right and they clearly didn’t CARE THE WORST WING STOP IN GARDENA

Wings are great but no inside seating!!! Outside only… WTF! Customer service ok nothing great.

This is by far THE worst location. I placed an order online, and when I got to the location there was 1 person ahead of me (who had already ordered and was waiting). Once that customer order was ready, still no one greeted me, no one said they’ll be right with me or anything. I stood and watched all SIX employees playing with one another, and asking why one of their co workers didn’t answer their phone call earlier in the day. After 8 minutes and standing there being ignored And seeing an employee biting his nails while handling the food I decided to just leave. I refuse to give my money to such an unprofessional place! This location only got 1 star because I had no other choice.

The food was nasty and they are slow. First and last trip to this particular location.

One of the best Waba Grills around! Clean facility with huge, big screen TV. Great service, incredible portions on the food & great taste!

My baby decided she wanted chicken and grits for dinner wing stop was thee only chicken spot so late. I was totally dissatisfied with this Gardena Wing Stop. Never again sauggy cold fries and small boneless chicken that looks like popcorn. On top of that they refried my fries made them extra greases with old oil

All day everyday! I love wings who doesn’t? This place is so good and wow let me tell you never have been let down and always great customer service!

The 2 stars are for the lack of customer service. These workers definitely need to work on that. Wings are great. It’s the only reason why I still come here, but some of the girls who work the Sunday shifts around 9 pm could use some serious training.

I could eat here everyday. The wings are simply amazing with great flavor. My favorite are the Cajun wings. They go perfect with the fries and veggie sticks I like to order. Only thing about this place is that when I order the sauce such as ranch or blue cheese, several time they forget to give it to me. The staff are ok but sometimes u can tell thy are fed up after being there a while.

I really love this location, all the employees are kind and on top of everything. I usually order on the Wingstop app, pick up, and pay. Occasionally I would order there, it doesn’t take long at all! About 15 – 20 minutes each time. No complaints! They even added a couple tables and chairs so people can eat there now!

Very good customer service. Patty gave me a 10% discount due to my order going to another customer, when it was time to pick up order. She also gave me a cookie for waiting the extra 7min. Mmmmm so good. Lol I think the funny guy name was Fernando. He’s great too. Overall good experience here and love the location.

I’m seriously addicted to their lemon pepper and Louisiana rub flavors. You can always heat them up later too so it’s perfect for a new mommy whose time is not her own. Not sure about the service as I called and got it for takeout. The area can be a little sketchy so I would advise going early if possible.

Usually I would go to the location on Crenshaw and Artesia, but tonight it was almost closing and chose this one open until midnight on Saturday night. Best Wingstop ever!!! We called in our order. The employee who answered the phone was nice and she was able to repeat my order correctly. We got there in 20 mins since she told us 16 mins over the phone. I was in shock, for the first time at a Wingstop, the order was ready in a bag. All other wingstop locations have told me 20−30mins only to have to wait another 10−15mins on arrival. The young lady at the register was so polite, looked professional and had a smile on her face when we walked in.
We took our 30 bone in wing family pack with orig hot, lem pepper and garlic parm home. We unwrapped it to eat some beautifully fried and perfectly seasoned chicken. Other places have given me dried up chicken jerky on a bone with too much sauce (usually making it super salty and inedible.) I WILL BE BACK!!! I will drive 5 – 6 mins further and be coming back as long as the standards are kept.

They were really friendly and helpful. They had my order ready when I arrived and the food was hot and fresh and yummy! This location is togo only.

Boneless wings are pretty good. I get mine plain with the sauce on the side because I hate soggy chicken tenders. The fries are pretty good. They serve coke instead of Pepsi, which is a huge plus in my book! ;)

I have a thing for chicken wings and this place is right up my alley. Its a franchise but it doesn’t take away from the quality of the wings. I like that its close and they have a military discount. I call in my order and wa lah its a wrap. No complaints with customer service. I pay they hand me my food and my sauce then its peace is I’m out

the two ladies working were so nice! i called in for a pick up order and the lady that answered was very helpful! i liked the she didn’t rush me at all! they have a new flavor of mango habanero! i need to try that the next time i come.
