Victor Negrete, DDS

Finding a truly good dentist is a blessing. For me, finding Dr. Negrete was a Godsend! I have been one of his patients since his office was on Ocean Park Boulevard. He has a wonderful «Chairside Manor» that can not but help to put you at ease. He does everything possible to minimize any discomfort, much of which comes from the fact that he is such a highly skilled, consummate professional. My Highest Recommendation!

So HAPPY I found Dr. Negrete! My back molar chipped and when I went to my dentist on Wilshire Blvd. she said I needed a partial crown and was charging me 1,000 with her discount. I knew I needed a second opinion and went to Dr. Negrete he said the fracture wasn’t too big and filled it for a fraction of the price! It feels great and my hubby and his wallet could not be happier!
Also don’t be discouraged by the move to Gardena, it took me 20 min from west la for an 11am appointment.

Very gentle, very friendly, nice dentist. With his easy going demeanor, Dr Negrete convinced me I didn’t need a shot for my very shallow filling repair! I was out of there in 15 mins with no sagging novacaine face afterwards and a filling as good as new. He did not try to upsell me on whitening services or anything else, just the filling and I was done. I will make him my regular dentist for cleanings from now on.
I walked over to the office so I can’t speak to the parking situation but it is on Lincoln between Arizona & SM Blvd so it might be just street parking. The prices are really reasonable too, especially for those of us without insurance. (Ask him)

My best friend from childhood that I have known for almost 40 years recommended Dr. Negrete, and I have been a fan ever since.
Dr. Negrete is probably the most conservative and cost-​effective dentists I have been too. In fact it was after visiting a professional dentists mill in that recommended thousands of dollars in questionably necessary dental work (judging by their facilities, the necessity was to pay for their lavish offices) that I decided to go to Dr. Negrete for a second (actually third) opinion. His opinion was that, for then (and now, two years later), at least, that money is better saved for now.
I see Dr. Negrete with my my wife and daughters religiously every 6 months for cleaning and check ups, and whatever else is needed. It’s way out of my way, but worth it — he’s expedient and thorough and friendly — and a bit of a renaissance man from what I can tell.
