US Storage Centers

My storage has been burglarized twice now we've been here over two years ,and the staff are not a problem , only the lack of security. The camera system is too blurry to see who it is that broke into two storages at 4:30 in the afternoon while staff are here it had to take close to 20 mins. Yo do what the two burglars did to my storage everything gone through they took everything they wanted and made a huge mess of the remainder of my property . Why didn't they change the camera system the first time this happened ?? Its as blurry as ever im told by staff . Yet they won't let me view footage of the burglary , they claim they can't see it clearly enough to tell who the burglars were or even a license plate . Isn't there more than one camera coming into and exiting? I'm not really feeling secure at this location any longer a huge amount of stress over this whole incident and still no answers ... my suggestion would be better cameras or lenses or something would be or should be looked into . It keeps happening over and over and still same results please help me get through this trying time. Sincerely , Charles Hume.
