The WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE I have ever dealt with! My 4 year old daughter dropped her boba drink trying to put her straw in and it spilled everywhere. We cleaned the table and put napkins on the mess underneath the table. I went to the counter to let the cashier know and asked if I could get another one. She rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to turn around. I thought she understood that I wanted another one. I look back and I don’t see her making it so I went up to the counter again and I asked her to make me another one. She looked at me and with an attitude said she would make me another one, but told me to «clean the trash up on the floor.» Seriously!!! I thought I understood wrong and asked again. She again, told me to clean the trash up. Needless to say, I will never EVER return to this establishment again!

Clean facility, friendly service. Was disappointed they do not carry any decafe tea. All of the drinks order were pretty good.

A couple friends wanted boba after eating at Love Letter(in the same plaza) so we decided to give this place a try. I ended up ordering the Meesoot slush and it was SOOOO good! But the reason why I’m giving this location 3 stars is because the worker(apparently new?) charged me for a large and proceeded to tell me AFTER she put my order in. She then proceeded to confuse my order with boba/no boba and I had to inform the barista(not her) that I wanted boba as she asked the cashier again what I wanted. She then proceeded to confuse my two other friends as they tried to order their drinks & left us just standing there in awkward silence for a while before standing there awkwardly without telling us the total. We assumed that we were paying now? And gave her a card. I’ve worked in the food industry before but despite her being a new trainee, I still think there’s a bare minimum level of understanding that an employee has to have before interacting with customers. I’m sure our experience will be better next time but I prob won’t be coming back for a while so I don’t take my chances. FREE parking is offered both outside and downstairs in the garage so that’s a plus. :)

Good boba and service. They make the boba quick and the boba tastes very fresh. Not frozen. I would recommend their milk tea.

On my continuing adventure in trying out new coffee spots, I found this place after consulting my Unilocal app. A five minute drive took me to a shopping plaza in Gardena. The plaza was clean and not crowded. Parking was no issue, as I found a spot right in front of the place. I ordered an iced mocha. The drink was pretty good, it tasted as expected. The place is clean, and it would be an ideal place to sit down and study. They have one restroom, with one stall being for males and the other for females. Yep, a co-ed restroom. That is all I really have to report, as I was in and out. I’d check this place out again.

It is just bad boba tea that i ever had. Uncooked boba. Tea is not concentrated all. Frankly speaking, it does not taste like tea because they put too much water when they make tea.

4 stars for cheap and tasty coffee, tea, juice and snacks! Service s great, the location cozy and clean. Prices are more than fair and I love the large sizes they have available. I love their passionfruit tea best, slightly sweet, great flavor. Easy in and out, perfect stop while I was parched.

Where’s the fucken fruit in my shaved ice? They gave it to me with bananas and pineapples. Wtf? And I asked what the code was for the bathroom and one of the girls gave me a plastic spoon that had the code«1895» on it without saying a word. There’s more but I’ll stop here. I wish the best but literally such a disappointment.

We tend to stop here after feasting at Love Letter Pizza and Chicken. Clean, they show sports on the big screen, and a decent Boba Milk Tea(and others) and not a bad Patbingsu.

Came here for a sunday work day with the partner. Inside smelled funny and was going to leave but saw the outside patio which looked very cute and cozy. Internet reached outside fine. Got a lychee drink and a mango drink. Both were yummy. Mango with mango was really sweet. It was good on its own but not good to steal sips alongside the lychee drink. Restrooms were okay. Would come back again.

Price: pretty pricey for drinks Service: average, not bad! Our drinks took a while to come out! I think the atmosphere is nice and decent. WiFi works really well! Hint: come with your korean friends… they tend to be nicer to koreans. Not saying they are racist but it seems that way.

Some quick boba turned into some quick disappointment. Employee was odd and a little rude, maybe it’s the language barrier? I asked her a simple question how the Blossom Flower tea was, and she gave me a weird look and said ‚” it’s a green iced tea” like I didn’t know what it was… Wut. I had to stop myself from going off on her, and rephrased my question into, «what is it, how does it taste.» She did a horrible job of explaining it, but I said yes I’ll just take it cause I was over the whole first Quickly experience. Paid, and the pricing is a little off compared to their menu. I got the Premium ice tea which is suppose to be $ 3.25, but the POS rang it up as $ 3.50. I informed them and all she said was yes it’s $ 3.50. Weird, cause on their board it says $ 3.25 still and the menu… But I wasn’t gon fight for 25 cents. I got my drink and guess what the Blossom Flower iced tea tastes like… Water. It’s even clear as water LOL I was a barista once and for them to steep ice tea correctly made to order, they have to double the tea amount cause it’s over ice and can’t steep long enough for the flavor. Not sure if they do, or know that. My group ordered the Lychee slush with lychee bits which was good, but the Watermelon slush wasn’t fresh nor did it taste good. I went up to another employee for my friend to switch out the drink if they can cause it taste weird and not enjoyable. I informed the worker and he asked that’s what I ordered? And yes, this is what I ordered, but it tastes weird. And I’m assuming his manager was right next to him because she was looking at me crazy and said something in Korean. I’m assuming he explained something to her in their language and then he said okay. And she looked a little irritated, but whatever. We ended up getting a Thai tea which was really dark. Their portion of tea and creamer was off. Get it together. Just to end this review, I would be okay if the products here was mediocre, but the service was shit, which made the products taste even shittier. Also the bathroom is co Ed, one stall for girls, one for guys, not sure if… This is the norm? Pretty funny.

Came by on a late Friday afternoon to grab a drink and ended up ordering the taro milk tea with boba. It wasn’t anything memorable and I think I’ve had far better taro flavored drinks elsewhere in the area. All in all, this place is just another boba place. Pros: — Just like the name, the drinks are served«quickly» — Free wifi and space to either study or meet with friends

Not a bad place to chill, but certainly not the best. Where to begin? The obnoxious Korean pop music gets pretty loud, so this isn’t the place if you’re looking for some peace. They serve pretty good boba and drinks, but they’re pricey. They have wifi, but it’s crappy. Their patbingsoo is a total disappointment and possibly a joke. Who puts ONLY a few slices of banana and some pineapple chunks in a bowl of red beans and poorly shaved, gritty ice and calls it a patbingsoo? Who? Sorry, Quickly Boba, but you should definitely just stick to boba.

Staff is extremely unorganized and rude. Took over 30 minutes to make 2 drinks, there were several other people complaining and the staff, clearly untrained and inexperienced in this situation decided to just give customers death stares instead of explaining the delay and apologizing. Drinks were nothing special. Never coming back.

A Quickly with 4.5 stars? I’ve been obsessed with hunting for decent milk tea in the South Bay so there must be something special about this place that I have to check out. Their menu selection is pretty on par with other comparable chain milk tea places — their full menu isn’t listed up on their board but their paper menu has all their selections. I tried their hot almond milk tea which was alright. Bf thought he ordered a matcha green tea milk tea but for some reason, the cashier must’ve heard something differently and inputted passion fruit iced tea(even though I think she repeated the correct order back to us?)…so definitely check your receipts after paying. Bf was definitely bummed that he couldn’t get his matcha but the passion fruit iced tea was good. There are a few things going for this place: clean and spacious, food offerings(popcorn chicken and I saw they had some sort of sandwich offering), prices are reasonable, and friendly staff. Their milk tea is pretty average — my current favorite milk tea place in the South Bay is Boiling Point(even though their selection isn’t as extensive). Parking: small above ground lot and underground parking lot. Entrance is through Western(google might try to lead you through the back way but there’s no entrance).

I noticed Quicklys have been opening its new locations here and there recently. This location is one of them and I am quite surprised to see Quickly so clean and actually ‘nice’. I am soooo used to seeing dirty, old shack looking sign and chinese letters and words all over the menu whenever I pass by them in other cities, for example, Rowland Heights. I know many people got sick eating there but this location is very clean and managed very well. I tried only the iced tea here. Lychee iced tea was goos and refreshinf but it was too sweet. I should have asked for less sugar because I dont like my teas sweet but thats solely my fault for not asking them to meet my order perfectly. Customer service did not apply to me during my last visits since it was just a takeout. But they are very good at greeting when you walk in the store. Plenty of parking and very quiet if you need a place to study with free Wifi.

Quickly grab yourself a seat and an iced tea, smoothie, coffee or tea. Quickly can look empty but quickly get filled with patrons. I have been here twice and there has been some people quietly studying in the corner. There are a few tables and some tables with high chairs and a little outdoor seating area. The regular chairs inside are comfortable. There is piano that I have yet to see anyone play. Maybe one day I will be surprised. Also, there is a big screen t.v. Quickly is located in a shopping center with a bank, restaurants, and other businesses. Their street level parking is almost always full. There is a parking space located in front of Quickly that is a dedicated 5 minute parking spot and an underground parking garage. Quickly is very clean and the staff has always been pleasant and has had great customer service. The plus side is that they serve illy coffee. I also enjoy their Korean Rice cake. It goes well with coffee. Oh, and they offer a stamp card. So make sure to ask for it as a reward for your patronage. I will definitely return. They are open late.
