Pueblo Condo

This complex is a great bang for your buck! consists of mostly senior living. mostly asian and white with some afro-​americians. The building does not tolerate people who are not behaved! and who make noise! along with problems! fines are very stiff! it is a safe and well controlled building for seniors who are on a fixed income. This is NOT! a building for someone with children in my opinion at all!

This place sucks. And I’m putting this gently.
The units are NOT condos, and are decidedly small for the rent they charge.
Your neighbors will either make a ton of noise or smell up every unit they border.
The entire complex is made of solid rock, shielding you from any cell phone reception you may have had.
The ‘facility manager’ will have his nose in all of your business.
Every Tuesday there’s a kid-​crying contest in the common area.
Saigon whores will take over every washer and dryer ninjitsu-​style if you don’t get there when your clothes are done.
You’re guaranteed to get one letter in the mail every week not meant for you demanding someone else’s debt.
Who needs a calendar when you can smell the weed every Saturday night?
Stay away, and avoid the brainless drivers from the Roadium.
You’ve been warned.
On a side note, I have to commend Salome the maintenance guy. He was the only positive in an otherwise negative environment.
