Phileo Handyman Services! I just know him as DONALD for almost 5 years now. I manage apartment buildings for large Property Management Company in South Bay area. I also am a project manager for several other properties where we do all sorts of maintenance as well as full re-​furbishments from complete demo to high end completions.
I have used Donald for everything. He truly is a ONE STOP SHOP as he does everything. Whatever it is electrical, plumbing, dry wall work, wood work, or just anything he is the man.
Obviously I use many other vendors to do all the work required but he is my fav as he does it ALL.
My many residents repeatedly ask for him by name and he has developed great relationships with all he services.
Many times he is called in to fix all the things that the other Handymen cannot do which takes many visits to do the job that Donald does on his own.
That smile you see in the picture is HIM. Always has a smile and a pleasure to do business with at all times.
I give him my best grade for ALL Handymen and vendors as he is THE MAN to get the job done, no matter what it is. Really is a «ONE STOP SHOP» and his prices are very competitive and the best thing is that he does what is needed to do to fix the problem right the first time.

Don performed excellent service. He was very thorough in explaining and showing me what needs to be done and how he would do each job with an estimate of the work. He even met me at the hardware store and assisted with choosing the items needed.
For my daughter’s unit he installed 3 new toilets, one had a ghost flush, it’s gone; installed a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher; fixed the 2 bathtub faucets, now water comes from the shower head only, as it should; repaired an opening between 2 bedroom walls that was made years earlier when her 1^st two children were toddlers; installed a new doorbell; moved the garage ceiling light, now there’s light with the garage door open. And most important installed 4 GFCI plugs (Since 1971, The National Electrical Code requirement: circuit for protection located in kitchens, bathrooms, garages, outdoors, etc). They should have been installed before we occupied and moved into the residences Dec. 1998.
For my unit he installed a new kitchen faucet; fixed the garbage disposal; fixed the 2 bathtub faucets. And installed a new doorbell, I can hear it from my back bedroom. Plus to top it off, prices were the best. I am a very satisfied customer (be patient, it’s worth it).
