Attended their annual open house last weekend and had a ball. For a small fee you got lunch and glass demonstrations, as well as a discount on all purchases. I love this place. Full of sheet glass from various art glass manufacturers in the US, as well as all supplies to work in glass from lamp working, kilns, frit, stringers, rods, blocks, pebbles, molds, grinders, kiln release you name it, they got it. They also have a room of glass art for sale that has some great inspirations to get your creative juices flowing. Prices are reasonable and they will ship it for you. Love this place!

This is the most comprehensive glass supply store I have ever been to. It is huge and they have supplies for glass blowing, fusing, casting, and torch working, stained glass, and a huge range of products. It looks like they have some classes too. It is a good place to go if you want something glass related and know just what you are looking for– they seem to have everything! I’d give it five stars for selection, but it wouldn’t be the best place for a casual shopper because A) it is totally overwhelming and B) it isn’t well labeled with prices or anything. So, it helps to have a good idea what you want and how much it should cost. The couple times I’ve been I grabbed what I wanted, hauled it up to the counter, and asked how much. The staff has been helpful and the prices seemed reasonable. If you are into glass Art you have to pay them a visit!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service I have ever encountered in ANY industry. Raymond at Pacific Art Glass overcharged me by $ 70, then acknowledged the mistake and repeatedly hung up on me when I called to resolve the matter. I still have not received a refund. I got billed for stuff I didn’t order, over charged for stuff I did order, and then hung up on several times. Total Ripoff.

I’m not a glass affectionado, but for those that are; this is Mecca, Shangri-La, and Heaven — all wrapped up in one. I went there to replace some colored glass in an antique light fixture and was overwhelmed at their size and stock. Everything for glass art is here. Supplies for art glass(stained glass), fused glass, and glass blowing. The staff are friendly and even cut the pieces I needed — and all for a good price.

INCREDIBLE!!! If you are a crafter and are thinking of working in glass, then come to this place!!! You will be simply drooling over the ENORMOUS selection of exquisite glass here. From dichroic to colored & textured glass, they’ve got it. Also, they have a wonderful selection of tools here that are hard to come by that can be used by other crafters. So, if you are really getting sick of the same stuff in Michael’s and JoAnne’s swing by here(it’s in the middle of a real rough & tumble industrial area). Be warned, though: since most of the people who go there are probably already long-time customers, you really have to have the gumption to get an employee’s attention. That’s because serious artists come here and already know what they want. These employees won’t be a 16 yr old High school bimbo smacking her gums & asking you if you’ve been helped already with a fake sickly sweet smile. If that’s what you want, stick to Target!
