This has to be the worst McDonalds horrible service and the food is cold 99.9% of the time! And very nasty.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few time, but only in the drive through. Never had a problem until I decided to go inside this time around with my 8 year old daughter. My first stop was the restrooms which were not so inviting. This is always a problem for me when it comes to eating at a place that doesn’t keep their bathrooms clean. When I approached the counter, the manager greeted me. That was a plus until he walked away and another manager of some kind just stood there for a moment and then called someone else to take my order without saying anything to me. The young woman that took my order seemed unwilling to and a bit annoyed of my presents. The menu is not as complete inside as it is outside, so I asked how much was the items I ordered before I upsized them. She was confused and just quoted the same amount on my receipt. It took a moment to get her to understand what I was asking and by that time it was clear she did not appreciate me asking. I have no respect for that kind of customer service or lack thereof. My daughter and I went to the drink dispenser that was also in disarray and got our drink before sitting down. The food was not very good. It was nice that there is wifi but that is about the best thing I can say about my experience. Over $ 7 for two burgers a fry, drink and one apple pie! That is the Eek! to top it all off.

Ordered my food at 10:20. They said they called my number 3 times i am 10 feet away from the counter and didn’t hear my number get called. I walked up 15 minutes later to order and the lady in the black shirt(Probably means she’s making 10.25 an hour) gave me attitude while I was being respectful about it. So I turned to her and said I work at a restaurant that gets busy sometimes and told her I’ve never been that disrespectful like and once I was served my food looked like trash.

I would do a no star but i guess i did get a sandwuch. So i ordered ONE Big Mac asking for extra and they could not get that right. I get this about 90%of the time at this location. I have tried to assist in the process by working with the manager in the past. They claim they have no issue. I just wonder if the help is free ir the IQ level is 10 to get the job. If they can’t read what was stated when i had the only order on the screen. Sorry if this hurts but having this be ongoing and i am sure they RIP of the college folks grabbing a bite on the run. But as they get back to campus ready for the next class they find out… Damn they messed my order up. Come on almost 60 billion burger franchise get it right.

Check your change when you go here. This makes the second time I go to the drive thru and they didn’t give me all of my change. Not only we have to make sure we have hot food, all of our nuggets(Someone cant count to 20), and now all of our change? Fast food used to be that job for teens for the summer or to help pay for prom back in the day. Now we have to deal with grown-ups serving people cold food, short change and a bad attitude.

I’m writing this review because I just got chewed out by who I’m guessing is the manager. I asked for ketchup upon receiving my food from thevwindiw and he got mad and told me to ask for it when i order. First of all you should not be telling the costumer anything like that. You should tell your employee to ask if the costumer wants condiments. It really pissed me off. Anyway, the manager is a douche be warned

3:25 today the girl working the drive thru is horrible. I LOVE McDonald’s but I have never witnessed a more unproffessional little child working there. Doing nothing but talking to her other co worker and cussing while doing so. Didn’t even acknowledge me when I got to the window waited three minutes for my drink and another four for food. Horrible customer service. Kudos to whoever actually makes it they did good but customer service holy moly. She was bad mouthing the person ahead of me right in front of me

Never do I write reviews for run of the mill, average, fast food spots. More or less they are the same regardless of where you are. Food is essentially the same. Only differences are service. Even that is, more often than not, the same. Nothing to rave about yet nothing to bark about either. This particular instance however just couldn’t go without mentioning. Pulled into the drive-thru about 11:20pm and wasn’t greeted right away. Figured they could be a bit busy so I waited patiently. After more than five minutes I finally lost patience and gave the store a call. Someone answered and I asked if there was anyone at the drive-thru window and was told that they had closed at eleven. On this here page( Unilocal!) it shows the closing time as Midnight. Seeing as it could be misinformation I checked the website. Also listed Midnight. Needless to say I didn’t get any food and was blatantly lied to.

I bought 2 medium white hot chocolates which were really good. The negative review is for the service and the way the employees carry themselves. I asked for them to turn the soda fountain on so I could get a refill. The employee says” you have to buy a new cup” and I said I just bought it this morning and I just wanted a refill. So she rudely looked at her manager and said something in her native language and then turned it on for me. Soddy no raise for ju!! Your the reason why McDonalds employees will always make the bare minimum!!! They should send her to the McDonalds off of Crenshaw and 182nd st for some Intense training. Avoid this place at all cost

Located across from local community college. Most of the customers here are students. Parking is very limited and of course, they have a drive-thru. Their drive-thru was kind of narrow when I was leaving after getting my food. I hate the feeling of bumping my rims and tires on the curb. Customer service was actually really good when I went through a drive-thru. However, I asked for fresh french fries and I got it but yeah they looked fresh but it had weird taste to it. Kind of like using really over-due oil perhaps? I dont know if it was the fries because I only eat fries like once a year(not kidding), but I got so sick after. Hoping it wasnt the fries.

Typical fast food joint, with exceptionally poor customer service. My family and I wanted some ice cream one evening so we jumped in the car and drove over to get some soft serve cones. Got in the line and ordered our dessert. After sitting in the drive thru for literally 11 minutes, we finally made our way to the pick up window. The guy reached out to hand me a cone that had about ¼ the amount a soft serve cone does and it was all melted. I said«What is this?» He goes«The machine was putting them out frozen enough.» First of all, no apology for waiting over 10 minutes, second the fact that he didn’t try and correct the situation by informing us that the machine was working and offering something else in its place. «I told him he can keep his cone and I’ll be inside to get something else». I pulled out of the drive through and went inside, only to have him give me some serious attitude inside. Requested a small snack size McFlurry’s instead, and he said they couldn’t do that because of the 50 cent price difference. I told him to give me a refund and I would be calling corporate in the morning with his name; once again squeaky wheel gets the grease. He begrudgingly gave us the McFlurry’s to get us out of his hair. I won’t be coming back here simply for the fact that this was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Also, if you drive a large SUV or pick up truck, good luck with the drive thru.

Eh, I’m really not a big fan of McDonald’s but sometimes my brother insists on having it and I give in. We went through drive-thru to get our order. From various past experiences, I know we always have to check our order & I’m very glad I did. They forgot a McDouble and I double-checked the receipt to make sure they charged me for 2. Yep, they did. I used the drive-thru because this parking lot is a nightmare! Now, I had to find a parking spot and go inside to get an item that they forgot. At least the lady was nice about it & apologized, but the person that actually gave us the order just stared at us and giggled. Seriously? How rude. Yeah, SO many reasons why I dislike McDonald’s…

I would love to give them more stars but I’m SMH at drive thru. It is partially my fault because I didn’t check my order. I’ve been burned many times by other locations so I should know better. The people on the inside were nice and smiled a lot but had a deer in the headlight look when I went in to get what they forgot, hopefully they can improve.

This McDonald’s is either always really packed with college students or really empty. However I always manage to get fast and good service here. Friendly cashiers. And it’s not like most McDonald’s I’ve been to that it’s crowded with people from the hood, just friendly locals and college students.

Haven’t eaten McDonald’s in 8 months! Its 2 pm and I’m starving. I forgot to eat breakfast… I’m that type of student that forgets to eat breakfast. I order a double cheeseburger and a drink because its cheap and I didn’t want to spend more than $ 3 at a place where they serve fake artificial food. 1 star because its clean 2 stars because the guy who took my order was patient with me while I was being all moody 3 stars because the food came out in less than 30 seconds. (This is extremely bad because who makes a sandwich in less then 30 seconds?!? Nothing healthy there) 4 stars because I wanted some water and couldn’t find any at the soda station, so I asked an employee and he was nice to wash out my cup and serve water in it Overall it was ok. I feel like I just ate a cow though.

Taking kind of a wrong turn trying to get to the freeway via a different route, the corner of Crenshaw and Manhattan Beach Blvd in Gardena was not a place I could of predicted I would have landed while on my way home from work, but there was a McDonalds location on the right side of the road and I needed to go to the restroom. It was clean and has a dual flush. On the way back to my car, I saw a sign that said they sell Rollo McFlurrys here. Is that new? And I’m lactose intolerant. Bastards. This location has a small parking lot with 30 minute parking only(because its across from El Camino College) and the homeless begging for money.
