Massage & Spa ME

I am a male college student and it was my first time getting a real massage. I was browsing the market for Licensed/​Certified massage therapists and I stumbled upon Massage and Spa and saw that they had all 5-​Star reviews. I called them and set up an appointment the same day, hassle-​free. I came in, was greeted by a very sweet and courteous woman, filled out a liability form and was escorted to my room.
For the most part, I received a full body massage and she knew it was my first time so she did a mixture of Swedish with some slightly deeper pressure near my shoulder and upper back. Due to the fact that I have never experienced a real massage before, I have nothing to compare it to; however, I was in absolute bliss the entire time. Even when it was painful, it felt amazing.
After my massage, she briefed me on what she did and what I should concentrate on next time. I got a complimentary water bottle and a stamp card as well. For $ 45 and the tip I gave, this was an awesome experience and I am definitely a loyal and regular customer now!

I had a massage from this place and it was great! I am a female and was in need of a massage. Went for a Swedish massage. Didn’t expect much but it definitely exceeded my expectation. It is located in a small shopping/​business complex but the appearance/​location will definitely fool you. The staff are very courteous. Not to mention, the prices are great too. I am going back to place and would definitely recommend this to my friends.

I thought I would try this place out, in search of someone who actually knew real massage techniques. The people that work here know what they are doing and all of them are very nice. The spa itself is very clean and has a nice feel to it. Rates are reasonable, and they have a discounted time… I think before 1pm? Where you get more massage minutes for less money. Just to be clear, no one has paid me to say this. These ladies do a great job at making sure they address your sore spots. I have stopped going to those $ 25 an hour/​foot massage places because usually, in my own opinion, they are trained poorly, and tend to use a lot of elbow on your back. To me that is a sign of quick training. So for me, it is worth coming to this place. And all I can is I went in with a stiff neck and shoulders. I left feeling like my shoulders were tingly and I could move my neck again. I am a loyal customer now.

I’ve searched and searched & came out with feeling amazing my masseuse focused on the spots I told her my body was ridiculously tenses and in pain i only paid $ 45 for an entire hour oh nothing heaven I’m definitely coming back for more sessions the great part about it is that’s it’s walking distance from my home thank you thank you for making me feel better

Great massage for a reasonable price! I’ve had massages at luxury spas and therapeutic places but this place has been the best… Forget about Massage Envy! I’ve had massages by Moto and Mariko, and they both did a fantastic job. I’m now a regular customer; 1 – 2 times a month.

I left here feeling like jello. I just had an amazing 1 hour Swedish massage, my therapist was Miayako, she was in tune with my body and concentrated on areas I asked her to. I asked for medium pressure and that was what I got, I liked the fact that she used a lot of oil because I don’t like friction, and I didn’t feel oily afterwards, yay!
They’re doing a $ 45 1 Hour special right now. I am definitely coming back.
I hope the next person has the same wonderful experience I had :).

This is an amazing spot. I called, not realizing they were about to close and the ladies were gracious enough to accommodate me. The place is clean and soothing. They also offer several different types of massage. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you ladies! I will be back!!!

This little place surprised me. Very clean and simple, no fancy frills. But awesome massage by Amy. Very firm hands and just all around great. My new go to place for massages!
