Ivan’s Plumbing Repair

I selected Ivan from Angieslist because of his great ratings. Earlier the Gas Company had broken my gas line to the back rental unit on my property. Ivan came out quickly and quoted me a very reasonable price. The work involved installing a new gas pipe to the back unit and hooking up all the gas appliances to the new line. Since the gas meter for the back unit was underneath the front unit the gas pipe was routed underneath the front unit, through the back, into the ground, then into the back unit and all underneath it. A complete re-​pipe. Ivan did a great job. He is a license plumber. why mess around with a handyman or other high priced plumbers when there is Ivan?.

Good work and god price. Second time I had him out and he explains everything easily.

We needed to update our washing machine water on/​off knobs and hot/​cold water outlets. These came out of the wall separately. See pictures. I wanted them to be like modern homes, with water turn off knobs and water out on the same fixture. I looked on Angie’s List and Ivan has good ratings. Not a lot of raters, but all good ratings. I had emailed several bigger plumbing companies but none responded.
Ivan returned my call quickly. We discussed what I wanted. The dry wall would need to be opened up, the water pipes re-​done, add faucets then repair drywall and connect washing machine tubing back. $ 220.00. Reasonable. We made appointment to next day. He came over the next day and completely the job. Very nice man. I love how it turned out. I would use him again as needed.
