I have been dealing with Mike Hilton, since before he started Gateway and went along when when Gateway was formed. I have bought several properties myself through him, which he in turn leased for me. I also shared commissions with him on others deals where I acted as broker not principal; and have always found Mike and his partners to be honest smart and hard workers. As a result of our business dealings I recruited him to CAP a USC mentor group in which we both serve as mentors to USC students interested in Real Estate. Mike has become a personal friend from our business dealings but I would give him an unqualified thumbs up in any case. I can’t recommend Patrick Cornejo enough. We just leased our second industrial location with him, and he really came through for us in what is currently an impossibly tight market. I’m a chiropractor and recently had been looking for new office space… luckily I had the services of Mike Kantor. It likely was much smaller than the typical commercial spaces that Mike deals in, but he treated the process as if it was just as large as any deal he had done.
