It was basically like that. Pretty much zero issues with the entire process. Nataly in the office was great to work with, super responsive over email and very helpful. The crew was respectful and hard-​working and it was almost like they weren’t here. Aside from the jackhammer noise.
In two days, they cleared out TONS of soil and rock from my 1300 sqft front yard, tore down and hauled away 100 lineal feet of stucco wall, and excavated and hauled away about 2500 sqft of concrete in my rear yard.
The only casualty was an electrical line from my house to my garage that got caught by the excavator. Oops.
I would definitely recommend Alexander Demo if you have a medium sized demolition job at your house. Hopefully I won’t be tearing anything down in the near future but if I ever need to, I know who to call.

Alexander’s removed an in-​ground pool and re-​compacted it according to engineering specifications. In addition to the pool, they took out a tremendous amount of concrete from walkways and a patio area (more than five truck loads of concrete). They also subcontracted a driveway, and ensured it was poured correctly. The team was always amenable to suggestions, on time, courteous and professional; Oscar Lopez was particularly helpful. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

it was very bad doing business with them.
cindy esparza told me something bad it did not happened the way she
siad theat they were going to charge me.
make it short it was my last time using this people.
they chrge me much more than what she said over the phone.
i am going to contact my attorney and file a lawsuit against them.
i think they should go out of business.

These guys wasted 8 hours of my time. Met with a staff member at the site and spoke with another at their office but i have not received my estimates as promised. I’ve left multiple messages and email but not response, unbelievable.
