We are middle eastern and Cook like this often… but why cook when you can get good food without the trouble. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. We had about 10 of us so we were able to order family style and try more dishes. They were all very good! My favorite was the Falafel and kibbi balls. Yum We went out that way to meet friends… I wish Zaytoon’s was closer to us, we would be there all the time. It’s defiantly a must for those that have not tried it and come back to for those that have.

Walked in to a very friendly welcome. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Shortly after getting my food the cook called out to ask if the food was good it was. I got the beef kabob. It came with rice, side salad, hummus and a pita bread. Prices are fair. It is good not great, humus was not very good, but will try it again. It is hard to beat another place I go to Kabob Grill in Westminster The are nice too, have great food and you get to pick your side dishes and lower prices. Overall it was average but the owner is nice he was
working and checking on customers and looking for feedback

This place has only been open for a month and full of people coming and going. I am sooo coming back delicious food the chicken tastes soo fresh the rice is rich in flavor. And the owner family so welcoming the daughter was the nicest ever she explained how the Baklava is made fresh yummy … Great portion size also I would give this place more than 5 star… I am glad I came by to eat… I go to Kerosenas all the time with my husband but this is closer and ummm… one more thing I enjoyed sitting there looking at my phone I realize this place reminds me when we travel to NY and you feel you are truly in another place lol It might just be me… However made me miss NY and felt like home love the furniture and look all my friends will also.

I’ll start by adding I would have rated this place a 5 for the exception of no delivery. My company periodically has business lunch meetings that requires delivery. However this place came highly recommended and I have a healthy bunch of people to feed so pick up was arranged. Lunch consisted of chicken and beef kabobs, chicken and beef shawarmah, fried kebbeh, falafel, hummus, rice, Greek salad, stuffed green leaves, lentil soup and for dessert baklava, just about everything on the menu. Lunch was for a team of 10 persons and 10 out of 10 rated it as excellent. Left overs where put into a public space and the scavengers came by and took the rest. Well these scavengers came by my office that afternoon and all let me know how much they enjoyed the left overs. I’ll leave it at that. Many tried, all enjoyed the food and I think you’ll love it too!

Nice people and really good food, especially if you love Mediterranean/​middle eastern grub. The kofta is outstanding. The chicken kabob is nothing extraordinary but still really good. Prices about what you’d expect at a strip mall joint… Not quite as good as the Mediterranean joint up the street (kerostena’s) but I’m also bias because I know the owner, Nikola, there he is a good guy. Arabic spoken at both places so you know they’re authentic :)

I took my work mates here for lunch and it was terrific. Food was great and they make the dishes to order which takes a little longer but is well worth it. Great value for money with the portions! Hummus and salad with my combo plate was a nice touch so you can get a bit of everything. I’ll go again soon.

From the moment I walked in, the owner and his family were extremely kind and friendly. We talked for awhile and realized we had a lot in common! The menu has plenty of delicious meals to choose from, especially the chicken kabob plate. For $ 8.99, you receive a large portion of perfectly marinated chicken kabobs, rice, hummus and salad. Each plate comes with a side of garlic sauce (extra garlicy) which left me wanting more. I highly recommend this place if you are a Meditterean food lover like myself! I am happy to have Zaytoon’s as a part of our community.

One of the best Middle Eastern /​Mediterranean food I have ever had! The food is delicious! I would definitely recommend it to all the food lovers for it would definitely not disappoint you! I know that I’ll be coming back a lot!

Wow — my wife and I are officially Mediterranean food snobs and we’re thrilled to have a wonderful new, family owned restaurant near our neighborhood.
Prices are great, so we ordered several of the salads on the menu — portions are a good size, so we had more than enough to take home.
Definitely order the hummus, salads and kabobs! All the food was fresh and the meat grilled on order. The chicken is tender and the Kuftah is amazing. And I’d you can squeeze in a bit more — don’t forget the falafel and Kebbeh!
Finish off with amazing home-​made baklava.
Next time we’re going to try one of the sandwiches and the burger and fries.
My wife and I are definitely going to make the a weekly routine.
