He’s done two estimates and one job for us. A few years ago he completed a roofing job in our primary home and a few months ago we had him give us an estimate on a rental property but it was a little too high compared to another guy.
Our home was done nicely and years later we still haven’t had an issue.

So I actually didn’t get a new roof from these guys, but that is because they told me I didn’t need one. He had other ideas to patch/​repair what is wrong specifically with our roof. I really appreciated his opinion and the fact that he didn’t just offer to sell me something I don’t need (yet!). Nice guy too. He texted to confirm his appointment and showed up on time.

I discovered a roof leak above my garage/​entry. Called Vince and he had his guys out here next day in the pouring rain. His guys were able to diagnose the problem and found a solid solution.
Vince Genuinely empathized with my situation and help take the burden off my shoulders. He provided me with a reasonable price and excellent communication. I will not call anyone else for my roofing needs.
