Fruits are fresh and the the owner is honest. I like going there cause they tell me what or how each fruit taste based on the season.

Bad fruit store. I wouldn’t never come here again for fruits. And I do tell my friends and family to avoid this store. Here is why…
I bought 4 sapoche fruits (2 lbs for $ 10) from here after the owner guaranteed that they are good tasting sapoche (sapodilla). I waited 2 weeks for them to ripe but they turned into «blocks of wood», not ripen at all and don’t even smell good. So I brought them back to show the owner lady, who blatantly said that she also got a few boxes of all bad sapoche and told me to suck it up. I asked if she could exchange for edible ones but she said they are all bad… so ok, here I am relaying her message about her fruits…
Bottom line:
1) store selling bad fruits (but they keep telling u it is good so u can buy. But after u buy, it is your problem…)
2) store not treating customers well… e.g. customers got bad fruits, oh well… too bad… store got your money now… and not have interest in making customers satisfied nor having customers to come back
3) I would NEVER come here again (I felt that I got cheated for $ 10 of bad sapoche). Will go to other store for fruits since I love exotic fruits… just AVOID this store
Most importantly, I want to warn you ( Unilocaler) not to lose your money or feel cheated at this store… at least if u really want to buy something from this store, make sure you try it first before u pay for it…

I love this fruit stand! Come here weekly for my jackfruit and whatever else she has cut up. They have a good variety of exotic fruits, you can buy some veggies, and plants. Prices are very reasonable and the friendly service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my exotic fruits.

Who would’ve thought of getting your fruits at a video store? Apparently they do better at selling fruit stand they do videos, because I saw no videos.
Located in a strip mall near a liquor store and the famous 7-​leaves café is this produce store. You can get all sorts of fruits from oranges, bananas and Asian /​exotic fruits like jackfruit and dragon fruit. They also sell orchids and flowers.
Maybe it’s not a video store anymore, and the owners just kept the name rather than changing the marquee. Who knows!
