My wife and I went to Ethan to do our Living Trust and Estate Planning. It sounded somewhat intimidating from what other people that have gone through this experience would tell us. Well, leave it to this great professional. He made the process completely painless. He tells everything you need to know, without distracting you with information that you don’t need and that would just confuse you. He was very through, but, at the same time, cutting to the chase.
The day we went to sign the documents, he explained everything to us and was patient and kind. He was constantly checking with us in case we had questions and making sure we understood everything.
We were really satisfied with his services and we recommend it to anyone that wants to go through this process. He was just the type of lawyer we needed and were looking for: very direct and concentrating on what matters to you. He does not try to prove how much he knows, but to make sure you know what you need.

I did my research and found the law offices of Miller & Miller Bazemore online. I also found a few other local attorneys as well but they’ve got nothing on Ethan Miller. This guy is very knowledgable and explains everything. I couldn’t even get some of these other guys to call me back none the less pick up the phone. Seemed a little strange to me to find an attorney via Unilocal but after calling around I found M&MB to be straightforward with the process, timing and cost.

I had a very nice experience doing my trust. No one likes to think of doing this stuff but it is so important. They have a printout on their website which is a good worksheet to complete prior to your appointment. Ethan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions via phone and emails directly with him. I did not have to leave messages or wait for a response. You kind of need that personal attention while you are getting this done. He had everything prepared and it was done within a week. Upon your next visit which is signing he was very thorough in going over everything and what you are signing and answering all your questions. He had the trust organized for your safekeeping. This is my second trust attorney dealing with a previous family trust and I feel I made a good choice in changing to Ethan. Hope you have the same experience I did.

As I’ve had (thankfully) very little experience with law offices or estate planning, I wasn’t sure what to expect with Mr. Bazemore.
I was pleasantly surprised!
His front desk staff is a bit mumbly over the phone but don’t let that dissuade you; the young man is very helpful and knowledgeable though a bit hard to understand at first. Ethan himself was warm, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. My parents had estate paperwork that needed reviewing/​revamping and my husband and I needed to start estate planning from the ground up; Ethan helped all of us and continued to help me via emails/​phone even though I live 450 miles away. He uses easy-​to-​understand terms and keeps things clear and straightforward. He is conscientious and timely on all follow-​up questions and issues. I guess the final proof of a good estate attorney won’t occur until after someone’s demise, but my experiences so far with Mr. Bazemore have been great.

Went in for a consult with Ethan on how to close a trust and answered all of my questions and more and did so confidently even though the situation is a little tricky.
