Whoa. Worst Phở I’ve ever had. I have had plenty of late night, mostly drunk, eating misadventures but the phở was definitely the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten at a lot of really random phở restaurants, but Phở Lu was closed across the street, so we decided to come here instead. Should have just went home. It’s deceiving because it’s really packed, but the food is terrible. Will never come back.

When I’m feeling under the weather, Phở Vie II is where I go to suppress my sickness. Nothing jolts my immune system better than the Chicken Phở at this location. Many would argue that the dirtiness of this establishment is counterintuitive when recovering from a cold, but I find the chicken phở here affordable and acceptably better than most other chicken phở places in SoCal. For only $ 5.00, you’ll get a large bowl of rice noodle soup with juicy, boneless chicken – HOWEVER, make sure to ask ONLY for chicken breast(GAUC), or else you’ll get shafted with questionably fresh, bony, and ghastly looking parts of a chicken. The broth is flavorful, oily and quells a sore throat righteously. I LOVE the thick and wide noodle strands as they’re more satisfying and filling to eat too. The garlic fish sauce that’s provided for dipping the chicken is a little too pungent for me, so I elect to dip it in sriracha and hoisin sauce instead. —- Conclusion: The low Unilocal ratings of Phở Vie II can be attributed to their lack of cleanliness, bad service, and below average beef phở. But again, go only for their Chicken Phở, request for chicken breast and perhaps you’ll be a fan like me. Satisfy your craving at anytime of day too since they’re open 24⁄7! Phở Ga is ALWAYS50% off. Extra Notes: –CASHONLY –Open 24⁄7! –Service could be more attentive and friendly –Glass walls heighten the appeal, but dirtiness of restaurant needs to be addressed –Tables, utensils, cups and floors need to be cleaner –Kitchen area should be veiled and covered from sight –Restrooms could be cleaner

Phở ga — sweet and very oily broth, noodles are wider than the typical phở noodle which I really like. We always order white breast chicken on the side. Its a hit or miss when it comes to the chicken. When its fresh, its super soft and yummy. When its not, its dry and hard. Either way, its cheaper, healthier and lighter than eating beef phở all the time. The dipping fish sauce has plenty of ginger, which goes really well with the chicken. They also give plenty of basil and lime(if you ask for more, they’ll happily give it to you unlike other phở places) When you buy to go, they pack a ton of noodles and veggies(white and green onion, basil, sprouts). So one bowl can actually be enough to feed two ppl, if money is tight hehe.

Pretty solid phở joint. For a restaurant that opens 24/7, it’s pleasantly clean. The interior is nice: not too spacious but kept very organized. We were seated immediately and asked for a few minute before ordering. If you speak Vietnamese to them they’re a lot nicer, but I feel that way is toward a lot of Vietnamese places. Anyways, prices are great. 4.75ish for chicken phở and 5.75 for a regular bowl of beef phở. Just a heads up they DO count water in your bill and it’s 50 cents a glass so if you can’t spare 50 cents bring your own. For the phở, it was pretty tasty! I do admit to adding a whole bunch of sauce and lime for the flavor to be up to my «phở standards»(kidding; I don’t necessarily have a standard). Nonetheless it was a solid dish. Eggrolls were good, too! My friend told me the chicken phở was okay and lacked«flavor» but was better, of course, after sauce. Customer service was great. I always take a look at the way they bring the phở to the table. In a lot of restaurants, the employees put their fingers in the bowl so it sometimes touches the soup when they bring it to your table. Here, the extremely fit employee made sure his thumbs and fingers are away for your bowl. After ordering, the kind lady(who I asked how she was and she said she was feeling a bit ill) said«cam on» which is thank you in Viet. I wished her well and we all departed. It’s really a solid place! Great customer service! They played Let It Go by James Bay at 1am-ish and a few other nice indie hits. Quite divine, indeed!

My go-to place since it’s three minutes from my house. It’s a good place for a quick filling of phở and there are other variety as well. The price is really cheap and is cash only. I tend to get Phở Tai which is really basic so it tastes the same everywhere else so I rather get it at the cheapest price at a good quality. Customer service is what you would expect from a prominent Vietnamese community, but it wasn’t a problem since I can communicate. They play mainstream music so at least you can jam out while you eat. I recommend this place due to their quick service!

You pretty much have the choice of what parking space you want here cause they have their own parking lot. As for the food, because we are regulars we ordered immediately what we wanted to eat right as we got seated. By the time the food came to our table it was probably a little bit over 5 minutes which was awesome cause we were super hungry. The chicken noodle here is definitely recommended. my who family loves it. As for me I only like(white) chicken meat and they always make that accommodation for me.

This is another phở joint that has good food. Food is three and a half stars. Good but not amazing. Restaurant setting: urban and busy which I like. I give the place Four stars due to employees speaking little to no English and for speaking in viet. in the presence of the customers. When you have customers around you I recommend you to speak English people ! Didn’t try other items but let’s say this is a place in the good crowd. Definitely not below or above it…

4 stars for being 24⁄7 and tasty for the price! Can’t beat $ 4.50 half off chicken phở(phở ga) for a small bowl and $ 5 for a large bowl. The small bowl is enough for a satisfying late night meal. Get the large if you want to share. Comes with bean sprouts, green chili, lime, basil and(extra onions and green onion in oil if you ask for them). The dipping fish sauce with ginger and chili on the side makes the dish comes together perfectly. The egg rolls are crispy and comes with lettuce and pickled carrots and fish sauce for dipping. Cash only. Quick service.

Definitely not the best phở around Westminster/Garden Grove. But it’s opened 24⁄7 and you get what you expect. The quality of phở is mediocre at best. The broth is not very tasty, the noodles are over cooked, the meats are either over or undercooked and the tripe is just bad. I have to say their Thai ice teas are really good! You get a small glass and I think it’s over $ 2 but I always opt for ice tea over water since they charge for tap. There’s really no reason to visit this establish unless everything else is closed. Oh and the restaurant is quite filthy. Beggars can’t be choosers, especially at 3am! CASHONLY!

To be honest I don’t really think the phở here is all that but… but…but…24/7 shoot I gotta give em props for the convenience factor. Whenever I’m in dire need of food and I am sick of Dennys during the super late hours, this is the spot. For a while I actually forgot about this place being never closed until a friend of mine reminded me of this place. First off parking sucks here but when you coming after midnight its not too bad. The service is typical of a Vietnamese joint. Actually its pretty good. I’ve only got two items on here. The Chicken Phở and the Beef Phở. They have one of the better chicken phở I’ve had and I’m super picky on chicken phở. It just doesn’t taste good anywhere but I can tolerate it here. The beef phở is ok. Its nothing special but during the late nights it tastes like a bowl of heaven. To me its not the meat that makes the phở, its the broth and the noodles. The broth is decent but I do really like the noodles. The portions are not to shabby either. Lately phở joints have been super stingy to me but this place never disappoints portion wise. The ambiance is decent. The tables are nice and typical of a phở joint. They got all the spices available though remember to wipe down your chopsticks and sauce bowls just to be safe. Upon my return the first few times I fail to remember that this is cash only so be warned. PS cash only still annoys me, we live in a cashless society damnit lol PPS good to-go as well

My favorite go to phở ga place. I love the flat rice noodles they use over the regular phở noodles. It used to be better when it was cheaper, but they’ve been slowly raising the price. Their«sale» price on the phở is almost the same price as the regular phở without a discount. They also charge 50 cents for water, so we always end up getting thai tea instead. You can also request if you want white or dark meat.

Average Phở. The reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 3 is because of the value. Great deal and good size portions. I ordered the large chicken phở which I think was only $ 5.50. It came with a bit of wider noodles that I’m not used to in Phở. Gf ordered the oxtail phở which I think was maybe $ 6. The oxtail was very tender and it came with the regular thin noodles. Can’t really beat that in LA, plus it’s open late! Service was average and parking was easy wince they have their own lot
