Makes me sad on how some people can rate a place but not really know anything about the business they are reviewing. I have read some reviews on here that shocked me because I know the staff and they arr ALL very nice and considerate. Everyone who I have referred to this place also have been repeat customers and love the staff. Please don’t believe what some angry people may say about MK center. I doubt their reviews are really about the service or their expertise but instead it sounds like more of a parking irritation. With that being said, as a regular customer I would find it irritating when I can’t find parking because someone has parked in MKs designated parking spots who aren’t even customers of the center. All in all this place is great!

Briefly stopped by earlier this week, the front end staff provides very bad customer service. I usually don’t write a review, but wouldn’t recommend their services provided. There are other places to take your business to as others have said before.

Don’t miss out if you want to have a business respect and care about your health. With them, customer is number one. Even though they’ve just opened over three years, they don’t mind to provide many goods to take good care of your healths, including chairs’ massage, many examples like masks and others without costing you. Furthermore, their business is a supper honor and nice to keep creating a peaceful place and peaceful mind when you come and care about your health ^^. They have tried the best they can to service and care about you. Please give you and their business a chance, and you will not regret ;-)

I was getting sandwiches at Tip Top luckily ran into Tina. I used to go to her at another location and now she is at MK. The facility itself is so clean and you can use purchase services like acupuncture, facials, and massages. There is a detox machine and massage chair for use if you are early. Tina did the usual deep tissue massage and cupping. I drive a lot so my muscles are always tight. I have two siblings in town and have already made an appointment for both of them to go to her. Tina is very honest and hard working. I drive down from Santa Barbara and see her every time. Since I’m only in town for certain times, she will come in early or late to help me out. So excited I found her!

I highly recommended this place! I came here with my boyfriend with the recommendation from my aunt who goes there every week! We were greeted when we got in and were directed to change into a gown. I got my massage by Tina. She did a great job she’s very strong and seems to have been doing it for a long time. She would ask me if I’m okay once in a while. After my massage I got a facial. I forgot her name :(but she is also very good. She talked to me about my skin and I got to learn more of what I should and shouldn’t do. I left very relaxed and face feels clean and amazing. The price is really not that bad for a massage and facial. Staff is professional and very friendly. I am definitely coming back!

I’m sorry to do this, but the customer service before the appointment left me annoyed! Last week, I called to make an appointment for a massage. On the phone, the lady asked for my insurance info to verify for service saying she would call within the week when verification was approved. Well, there was no call within the week so I called today to confirm the appointment that next morning. I thought I was reasonable to confirm. She hadn’t call to verify yet saying there was a backlog of clients/patients to go through. She suggested to wait for her call til she verified my insurance. What was she doing for five business days? She couldn’t confirm my appointment for the next day. So since they have too many clients to manage, they don’t need my business. I went to another business.
