Bought a mattress here and they signed me up for a loan. They gave me carbon copy of documents and kept the original, and I was told I was approved for 36 months with no interest. Got my first statement from the bank, turns out it was only had 12 months of no interest charges. Was curious of the different information so went back to Magic Mattress and they pulled out the paperwork. When comparing my carbon copy to their hard copy, there were A LOT of information and fine print missing on my carbon copy. I am stuck with the mattress now, and am stuck with paying big payments to avoid interest charges.

I’ve been looking around for mattresses and was recommended to this place. Their selection was okay if you are looking for a particular brand such simmon/​serta and a few others. I ask for their prices first and went home to do my own comparison w online deals. They match the competitor price and even gave an additional discount on top of that.
The reason I give this place a 1 is because their worker stole my iPhone that was connected to my ihome docking while they delivered my mattress.
When I reported to the store, They know exactly who it is that took my phone yet they wont do anything about it. On top of that they blamed me for taking a day before i realized i lost my iphone. And to leave it at that they also said «This person also stole stuff from my store let alone your items.»
Who would keep an employee that keep on stealing on the job? Even though they know, they didn’t care. Such a shady store.
So if you do buy it here. Make them delivered when more than 1 people is home.
And just so you know, they will always have an excuse to tell you for not delivering on time

their price is very pricy compare to competator. They were firm on 2300 for comfortpedic harmony firm for 2300. Other mattress location sales for 1600. They accept competator matching but request you to get invoice before they can match. They won’t refund the deposit money even though the mattress has not deliver yet. The reason I bought from them without checking the price around because I thought I trust Khoa who host on Viet radio. I was wrong. I will never shop this place again

This place is a rip off! Also they don’t keep their words! My mattress was delivered late and they did not even say sorry. They would give you a 3 hours wait and if your mattress don’t come on time, good luck waiting 3 hours more, or maybe forever! And best of all, you can’t cancel the damn purchase because even though they fuck up on their delivery timing it is not their fault. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They will say anything it takes for you to spend your money, then once they get your cash they will be an ass to you.
