Magic Touch Housecleaning

These guys saved our move-​in day experience. We had to reschedule at the last minute and they were able to make time for us over the weekend with very little notice, and did a super thorough job getting our house into move-​in condition. They also insisted that we inspect everything and make sure we’re satisfied before paying. Price-​wise they weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive cleaners we had received a quote from, but the rate they asked for was more than fair for the work done.

Used him twice at 100.00 each. insisted that he was «fitting» me into his rotation. When the scheduled date and time came around, he called last minute to say he could not make it. I accommodated and agreed to move to whenever it «fit in his next opening». When I was ill on the upcoming day and asked if he could fit me into to an opening another time that week, he said no and that he would not be able to consider it until the next time I was supposed to be on his rotation, which wasn’t for another 2 weeks.
This is all after I had used him the first time and had to clean after he left. His people did not move any chairs to vacuum and just dusted around items instead of picking up papers and items in order to dust. And, he broke a vase. Then told me he wouldn’t charge me extra for changing the sheets on the bed since he broke a vase but in the future he would have to charge me an additional $ 5.00 per bed. What house cleaning service doesn’t change the sheets???
Overall, bad experience. Too many other options out there that are licensed, professional and polite.

I had them today. They were just so excellent. Their price is fair and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent so far. Two visits to Grandma’s. They did a fine job each time. Very pleasant people who seem interested in their work and good results.
