This place came highly recommended through Angie’s List but we were sorely disappointed. Although the gentleman who gave us our estimates was very knowledgeable and professional, Jordan Roof never really pulled through. There was a lot of back and forth as we tried to have different questions and options answered and, shockingly, once we submitted paperwork and info to start the job… they said they’d no longer do it at that price. I kindly asked them to re-​work the proposal to see if the updated info would work and I’ve never heard from them since.
I think the proper way to handle that is to say, «hey I’m really sorry but we can’t do this work for this price, but here are some other options if you’re still interested.» Instead, they said no, never followed up or re-​wrote the proposal, and lost a great customer. I hope this will be resolved for future clients because it left a very bad impression on us.

Avoid this roofer. Poor work and tries to pull a fast one.
