Standard in n out quality and service but the drive through takes forever. Average wait time is about half and hour. Also not the best location to eat at Bc the way the drive through like blocks you from pulling out of the parking lot.

I can’t believe I have been waiting for 30minutes and just half way through the line right now. No burger is worth the wait. You people need to find a better system to move along. I will never return! So I waited a total time of 50 minutes for a burger. I talked to the manager and he said the wait was because it was to hot to send anyone out to take orders. This is not the first excuse nor will it be the last. Here’s a suggestion from my eight year old: move the order telecom farther so people will not need to come out.

The time I cam here the service was so slow and after constant being told to hold on. The good thing was they treated everyone equally, they made everyone that walked-in wait to place their order. The drive thru people were served three to one walk-in customer. That was how slow it was. I’m guessing each walk-I customer had to wait at least 20 minutes to get their burger and fries. Their kitchen appears to be way undersized. Parking is a problem since they share the private lot with Mae’s. Good luck finding a spot at all to park! I would rather go to the one by 405 and Harbor Blvd during rush hour.

You can’t really go wrong with any In-N-Out so I won’t go into much detail on the food. This is more tailored towards getting you«In-N-Out» as quickly as possible… heh. For the record, this is probably one of the worst designed In-N-Outs I’ve ever seen. Even after a revamp, it’s still utter chaos. Seriously, what were the engineers thinking? If you have no choice but to go here, I’d advise you choose a time that isn’t during peak hours(i.e. lunch/late nights) or you’ll be looking at a wait of anywhere between 30 – 40 minutes in the drive thru. YES. It’s that slow. However, going inside will trim off maybe 5 – 10 minutes. The inside is very small and there’s literally like two tables so you’re probably going to be standing while you wait. The seating outside is good though! In terms of parking, DONOT park in the lots closest to their structure. You will regret it. If you do, good luck getting out. You’ll be sitting there contemplating life for a little bit. The best spot to park is going to be behind Mae’s Diner; which is the adjacent building(only recommended if you’re ordering to-go).

I’ve been to many In-N-Outs and this one is the slowest one yet. Your looking at a minimum of 20 minutes to 35 – 40 minutes for the drive through. The inside cuts off only 5 – 10 minutes and the line is horrible with no room to sit inside… This is also the 3rd week now they have had a shortage of peppers! I love the damn peppers! Overall good food but way to long of a wait.

Avoid all cost coming to this In N Out. The drive thru line is not well managed and it causes traffic flow. When I got inside, there was a family already waiting to order. They probably waited about 10 minutes to be helped and after them it was my turn. Of course, the guy had left and didn’t even bother to take my order. He was getting other orders ready when there were others to do that as well. There was a couple behind me and they just left(not surprised) He then said«he’ll help me in a minute,» but that never happened. Then a lady was changing the cash drawer for about 5 minutes and then asks if I’ve been helped. I said no and she said she’ll take my order in a minute. Eventually, I was able to order my food. Overall, the service was tremendously horrible and I certainly DONOT recommend the place to anyone. Also, I did not feel welcome compared to other In N Out places.

I ordered animal style fries EXTRACHEESE& this is what I got. cold fries with a slice of cheese that’s not even melted!(Not worth the extra $ 1)! Seriously, not only is their parking lot a mess but so is their service. So dissapointed that I didn’t get to enjoy my fries with extra cheese. Sticking to the Westminster location from now on.

My go to spot when I want a burger! I order a 4×4 combo & unsalted fries. I love in & out. Order is always right. I’ve only had two mistakes on my order & I’ve been coming here for like 15 years! They never disappoint. It’s just the line that can take forever! Even with two drive through order stations. If they can find a way to speed up that process they would be 5 stars.

Not sure I have to say much other than IT’S INANDOUT. It’s a California staple. It’s delicious! Double Double with fries, and a Neopolitan shake. Now that’s the life. It can get crowded at times, but that’s what happens when something is both AFFORDABLE and DELICIOUS. THAT’S WHATOURHAMBURGERSAREALLABOUT.

No need to go in –depth about IN N OUT’s burgers, just read the other reviews – this review is more about how to go about getting your burger at this location, and to cut down on the frustration! Some random tips : If you get in the drive thru line and you are close to the street, it’s about a 20 – 30 minute to get your burger. If you are coming here for lunch, I would park somewhere and go in, it seems to get your food out to you quicker. The best place to park if you can is behind Mae’s, but that is only if you are ordering to go. If you are eating in, just park on the side of in n out, but be prepared to wait when leaving, more than likely the drive thru line will have your car blocked, and you will have to wait for the line to move to get out. Don’t park near Brodard’s you are really pushing your luck. Besides, their parking lot fills up anyways. Even with these tips, this in n out can fill up fast and leave you with no other option, if so I reco going to the in n out @ Westminster ave and the 405. While their burgers are amazing and legendary, I think in n out has the best milkshakes out there for a fast food spot! Enjoy! 34⁄2016

Really great. I’ve eaten at multiple locations in CA/AZ and they don’t disappoint. Ordering is simple, service is quick and the food is all-American fantastic. You just have to go. Remember, ask for your burger to be «Animal Style» for that extra flavor kick. Grilled onions and a touch of mustard.

In n out is always satisfying. And always so busy. The employees at all the locations I’ve been to have been fantastic. They’re always so nice and hustle hard! What’s even more impressive is the food is consistent. No matter which location you go to, it’s guaranteed fresh, made to order and it will always have the familiar taste that we all know and love, not to mention the prices are decent. I know we’re all die hard fans of in n out but this is one of the main reasons why I will keep coming back! I highly recommend #2 animal style with raw onions and a neopolitan shake with well done fries. The end.

Love this place, I check in here dozen of times but today gotta give a 1 star… Review for walk-in order when I should have take the drive thru instead Long story short, I place order as usual & wait almost 30′ for my order when its not a typical long line day at all. What magical fairy dust ingredients they must have put in there that could take 30′ for a simple order with only a cheeseburger & animal fires? When I finish ordering they were calling #29, mine is #31. I guess they somehow lost my ticket because they skip to #40s. I keep asking them several times if my order is ready but they say its not ready… hmmmm… I thought I’d probably poop out rainbow after eating this«special order.» Not til my 4th attempt of asking, the cashier guy name Zach takes my receipt, goes to the back, then my order is ready to go 5′ later. A different guy that hands me the order only say sorry when I complain about the wait and thats it! I rlly wish you can hear the sound of blood-boiling inside my stomach as I’m typing this review rn!!! When you make it to in n out using every bit of energy left, after a night class and hangry AF, you’d understand that im not exaggerating this whatsoever! Well… its just not my day! I go here pretty often, they always have the best ppl, the best service… I’m so mad and disappointed at the same time. Such a traumatize experience and idk how long it’s gonna take for this place to earn my trust again.

Everything was decent. We ordered a double double with cheese, two grilled cheeses with no onion, and animal style French fry with onion, an animal style French fry without onion, and a large Coke. The grilled cheese burgers were good– usually though when you order a grilled cheese they give you an extra slice of cheese since your burger doesn’t have any meat in it. Apparently they do not do that at this location. That is a bummer for sure. So it wasn’t the normal cheesy goodness I like when I order a grilled cheese. But it wasn’t horrible so I guess I should be happy. The animal style French fries were skimpy on the cheese as well. There was a blob of cheese on top and the whole center and bottom of the animal style was just plain French fries. -.- that was disappointing. I mean you pay for an animal style and get boring plain o plain o fries mostly? That sucks. But overall everything tastes fine. I am very critical when it comes to food so I can’t help but pick out the negatives.

In-and-Out, that’s what a hamburger’s all about! Drive thru! This drive through moves fast compared to other in-and-out thrus and that is a good thing when you are post-bar and in dire need of food to settle that stomache. And this location is right next to the freeway on ramp… easy access, just like the prom queen’s dress.

Who doesn’t love In-N-Out?! Animal style errythang allday erryday SAN!. Yes, English apparently wasn’t my strong subject in school, but that’s ok because In-N-Out doesn’t seem to mind! I feel so spoiled to live in near so many of them! Coming from San Diego we only had about a handful of locations. I now get bragging rights to tell my friends that not only are there so many convinient locations, I also live DANGEROUSLY close to one… I could walk to it. Blindfolded with nothing but the scent of grilled onions, fresh cut fries and all american beef patties to lead the way!!! Imagine all the accidents I could cause! ;P … don’t do that.

Pro — The associates were friendly, polite, and apologetic when orders were wrong and when it took longer than usual. Con — Went around noon on a Wednesday and I was definitely not in-n-out. Took nearly 50 minutes from point-of-sale to to take-out.

Unilocal Challenge 2015. 234⁄365 This is on the drive thru experience only. Which always takes forever and a day. The outdoor server today had a odd system. I was in line on the right side. The line was shorter than the left, and I prefer the right. I don’t know why but he made me get out of line I was in and switch over to the far left. There is a reason why I was in the right lane. As you know the left side is a major inconvenience if your a solo driver you need to put your car in park to reach over to the passenger side and out the window to pay and grab your food. As I sat, stuck in a line that was going nowhere, guess what? The right side kept on moving, but I did as I was told and stayed where he put me. Other cars arrived after me and entered the right side. Instead of going in order to the cars he switched to the other lane he helps cars that come AFTER us. Im thought oh no you didnt just do that. I wouldn’t mind, but Im on my lunch. Those cars that came after me were long gone before I reached the window. I asked him why he made me switch lanes, just to help all the cars who arrived after me, and he said he needed to free up the lane for the people inside. Doesn’t make sense. When I finally got to the window with 6 minutes left in my break, I expressed concern about their system outside. Cashier could really care less. During rush hour, maybe use 2 people outside taking orders and be mindfull of who arrived first. Spent about 40 minutes in line today. This is a review where bad service can downgrade a review. As much as I love my protein burgers here I will have to look elsewhere for them while on my lunch break or maybe just go inside. #717

When it comes to fast, cheap and good, there really is no better than In N Out. This is a fantastic location, as most others. Consistent in great service, ALWAYS getting our order right no matter how complicated and tasty every time! Prices cannot be beat, animal style, extra toast, everything on it, too good every time! Clean place, I don’t know how they manage with such a long drive thru line as well as it being packed to keep the place so clean, great lunch here!
