I’d purchased the wrong memory chips from Green-​Tech on
for my laptop, thinking that I was going to get rhetoric for my return, I truly did not feel that this was going to go well at based on my past experiences.
Not true!
Before I even made the visit to this seller’s store, my Amazon points were refunded and, my $$$ were credited back to my credit card too.

I was relieved to have found that GREEN-​TECH was located in Garden Grove CA upon contacting the seller John Lee, he set up a time for me to bring in my laptop, not only to replace the memory chips with the correct ones but to also do diagnostic tests & other tweaks to insure that the lap top was running up to speed; he was able to ascertain that the battery for this unit is no longer available, I only use it for travel & the like, a plug from an outlet will do.
This store that was established in 2004 by John, organized, clean, full of everything electronic PC, note book, IPad, you name it, it’s got it that HOT STUFF good!
John needed an hour to look over the lap top, install the memory chips & do the other essentials to insure that my lap top was up to speed.
And indeed it was, when completed I had more room for memory than a door way for Kirstie Alley & Honey Boo-Boo’s Mom to walk through by the time he was finished!
What truly humbled and impacted me was that John’s customer service skills are so professional, cordial, helpful, kind & generously offered that I could not believe that I was witnessing a dying art of how to treat-​your customers &, offer up perks that will induce them to return; all of this and more, plain and simple good old fashioned good business sense.
John started this business in 2004, with his wife, sons and a few family members and, they
(his wife & sons) were living in the back of the store for a time in a make shift studio/​1 bedroom of sorts; this all after they had fled Vietnam in the early 1980s during the horrific years of that countries conflicts, admirably, he has succeeded via hard work along with a positive personality & tenacity to make HIS American Dream come true.
In the beginning he was running the show by himself, now with his phone ringing off the hook, he has the assistance of his family members; he maintains a level of eloquence and smiles even under stress and, you never feel like you are a burden, truly a very nice man, a business owner who is at the top of his game and more!

* A free clean & install with your first purchase of $ 25 or more and, for a first time referral of a new customer within that first year; after that, a 50% discount for the same with no time limit.
* A hands on application for free allowing John to access you electronic device, PC or lap top, allowing him to fix problems on line as opposed to your bringing in you device; this saves time and a trip down to the store.
*They make house calls for the disabled or those who lack transportation with no reasonable distance restrictions.
There are so many more bells & whistles to this well run, customer service oriented business that I suggest you NOT be afraid to ask, John goes above and beyond to be sure you are first and, he will search, and or find what you need, if not he will be honest and tell you so, like the fact that my battery
(which is dead & un-​rechargable for this lap top is no longer available)-no problem, that’s what outlets for plugging things in are for and, I truly only utilize this unit for travel and the like.

This is my my now go to one & only place for me to obtain computer components and, with that online cursor assistant, the fact this business is open 6 days a week from 9 AM-​7 PM, on call Sundays for emergencies, Fry’s & Best Buy can suck it; actually they already had in my book but it empowers me to say it over and over.
Local businesses like this one, who’s owner gets it about meeting the needs of his customers, his customers needs come first & providing so many simple things will have my never ending loyalty.
John, I’m proud to write this review sir about your business & about YOU, the human being who demonstrates such altruism & many well deserved kudos too.
