Came in on sat morning. Grabbed a disposer, and a mapp tank. Took me 30 minutes to get checked out! 2 items, and then I receive a 2 foot long receipt that has 3 pages printed out! So tired of this same thing happening over and over! This is it for me! I will no longer buy common items from Ferguson. When I buy a disposer, and a mapp tank at Lowes, or Home Depot I get a receipt that I can put in my pocket, and it takes about 5, 6 minutes to check out! So now about 60, to 80% of my plumbing materials will not come from Ferguson. You run out of common items, your customer service does not exist! And I don’t really need you for much of anything when there are faster, more reliable sources for parts. Ferguson loses!

specialized plumbing needs
more than just your Home Depot needs. this store is one of the larger Ferguson stores in Orange County. this store has one of largest plumbing inventories in North America. the counter is well staffed with very knowledge employees. they get super busy sometimes because all the licensed plumbers go here for their supplies. they carry only the best products and can guide anyone through issues. Ryan is the best, he is super smart, very fast, and is always so helpful.

Like this place most the time they have all I need. They have all the kitchen and bath that you could want or need and will order whats not on the floor. They have a fire side for you fire systems risers pull stations and the such. But not to much in the way or drinking fountains. But hey they have everything else.
