Where to begin? As a college student and music student you come to the gripping reality of needing reasonable prices and quality. That’s exactly what Chris provides. Got his contact information from one of my professors and after leaving a message on his voice mail quickly got back to me about needed information about my piano, scheduling a time and what was expected. Not only did he respond to all my piano needs as a professional; he also imparted some information about electric pianos and information about my own piano. A very down to earth guy, kind and considerate couldn’t have expected such quality and care from a businessman but there you have it. Awesome guy!

Chris is a man of integrity. I was thinking about selling my Baldwin grand and, even though HE sells pianos and could have bought mine, he advised me NOT to sell because he said I could never replace it! He is a friendly man, is passionate about what he does, and does an outstanding job tuning pianos. I’m about to call and set up another tuning now.

I’ve been using Chris to tune my piano for 10+ years. I’ve always found him to be courteous and professional. He does an excellent job tuning. Also, he’s tuned the pianos at my church in Irvine for many years. On one occasion, we realized that the grand piano in the sanctuary had not been tuned recently and needed tuning prior to a concert that weekend. Chris was able to arrange his schedule to tune the piano that evening. I fully recommend Chris and his piano services.

He refused to provide a cost estimate, refused to correspond via email, and then once we set an appointment date and time and he confirmed, he never even showed up! he even texted me to let me know he was on his way to the appointment, but then just text me again later to let me know that he was flaking out. Definitely unprofessional and unreliable.
Even his reply below is unprofessional. We set and confirmed an appt and he failed to show up. Simple as that. Then he has the nerve to complain that I’m giving him a negative review. Well guess what– this is what reviews are for!
