I think I regret buying there 3 visit package deal. I wish I had read the other reviews before jumping at the good deal. No one has called me back to book an appointment. I have cancer and REALLY need my massages. I will be returning to Massage Envy. A sure bet, English spoken, quiet private rooms.

Eh. Someone booked me an appointment to give this place a try. This was my first time at this place and at a Korean massage place. From what I saw, they do acupuncture, chiropractic and other therapies here as well. My massage was schedule for a Monday at 12:30pm. I got there a little bit early and had to wait. I ended up waiting 20 minutes pass my appointment time. They came out to apologize a few times. I guess they were waiting for the masseuse to finish her last appointment. Once she brought me in and started, here are the pros and cons of this place. Pros: — I got a private room(but I notice their were communal rooms as well) — The masseuse is very nice. She kept asking and checking up on me if everything was okay. — They will climb on top of you to get out kinks — She did an awesome job on my legs, arms, and upper back — They have a heater pad so you do not get cold. They also have warm towels to place on top of you. — She asked if you want Swedish or deep tissue(I went with deep) — Overall, good massage(started out questionable but got better) — Whole staff was very nice. They apologized for me having to wait. Cons: — The masseuse barely spoke English(broken but I was able to communicate) — They did not use any massage oil. They have you change into their clothes and massage on top of it. I just prefer with an oil on bare skin. — Since the place is on a major cross street, you can hear the cars driving by when the window is open. — Wouldn’t say this was the best massage and did not feel like she worked out everything — Small lot for parking — They don’t book massage appointments after 1pm –They had appointments booked out for two weeks so making one was a little hard Not sure if I would be back. I didn’t like the time frame they give you. Also, it just wasn’t as good as I would have hoped. But I guess if you are close then its an option.

Be aware, making appointment is more difficult than you image! I bought a deal for Swedish massage on Groupon in Jul 30 to release muscle tension. When I called to make an appointment, they told me that they are fully booked and the next available appoinment is Sep 9. Then I asked for an appoinment on either Tuesday or Thursday, the receptionist said Sep 9 is on Tuesday. I told her that I have the calendar with me, and it’s in fact Wednesday, please help me schedule another day. She answered I can come on Sep 2. I was like«???» It’s also Wednesday! SeriousIy, what’s wrong with her? I ended up cancel my order after the call. If you still want to buy their deal on Groupon, you’d better call them first before place order.

I bought a Groupon deal here for 3 massages. My upper back is always so so tense and full of knots. I’ve been to other cheap massage places that usually leave me achy and sore and my back would still have those knots in it. I thought with regular massage treatment every other week, I could maybe have a normal back again. So I came in not knowing what to expect, as each massage place is different. I was set up with Ms. Suh, a sweet lady who understood my needs. I was led into a private room, given a set of shorts and smock to change into, and put the rest of my belongings in a basket. I laid face down first, and to my surprise the table was heated! Much appreciated if its chilly. I got a deep tissue massage that hurt a little at first, but with adjusted pressures, it was perfect. I even caught myself falling asleep a couple times. Ms. Suh worked over a sheet when she stepped on my back and legs. It felt so good. Then she worked my arms and upper back with some oil and lotion. A couple hot towels were applied to wipe it all off. She also massaged my pressure points on my head which felt like a little too much pressure. I turned over and she massaged my neck, arms again, and leg. When time is almost up, she gives my upper back and shoulders a quick rub and is done. I change back into my clothes, grab my things, and give her a big thank you tip. I leave feeling relaxed, sleepy, and loose. No pain. no bruises. This office also has acupuncture and physical therapy which I’m curious to try. Bathrooms are clean. Front staff is friendly and welcoming. There is coffee or hot water in the corner. The waiting room is huge. I would definitely come back as I’ve had great results all three times. Highly recommended!

I bought a Groupon deal for three massages. The massages are 40 minutes with a choice of Swedish or Deep Tissue. This is a Korean and American partnership of Western and Eastern medicine. Physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and massage are available here. Most of the employees and clients are Korean. But they speak English, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Spanish. The rooms are private and I asked for a female massage therapist. It is very clean inside. There is coffee and water in the waiting room. Inside the private massage room, you are given a top and shorts to wear. A hot stone was put in each hand. The table is heated. A hot stone was put on my abdomen as well. It was relaxing. My therapist was friendly and was able to work on my problem right shoulder and tight upper back and neck. This felt like Thai massage because she twisted my body to stretch it. I felt so refreshed after each massage. I went once a week for three weeks and my shoulder feels so much better. There is a limited timeframe when to get a massage since they close early afternoon. I got my massages either at 11 am or noon on a weekday.
