I switched over to T-Mobile because of the horrible experience I had with this store. The salesperson failed to tell me(lied) that the new iPhone 6 will use more data than the previous iPhones. I went in to this store in order to ask if there was a way to lower my bill from $ 200 a month. He sold me a bag of goods without telling me the entire story. I had the same iPhone and plan since 2011 — never went over in data. The first 2 months with the new iPhone 6 — i kept getting text messages that I was going over in my data usage. When i called the store to inquire — I received no help — they just tried to get me to buy more data… which would have put my bill back up to the $ 200. SUCH A SCAM. When I called direct to Verizon Customer Service — they explained the situation to me. I filed a formal complaint and cancelled 2 of my Verizon lines. Disgusting to scam more money after I went in their looking for help!

Went in yesterday around 6 pm to exchange a brand new remote control which had burned out a few days after receiving it due to bad batteries(provided by Verizon). The FIOS reps were trying to charge me for this. At one point one of them said okay yes you give her a new one but give her the same batteries. When i explained that it was the batteries that caused the remote to break and I didn’t want those batteries, he changed his mind and said oh okay then we have to charge you. ??? How does this make any sense. I called verizon FIOS customer service today and they are sending me a new FREE remote control because they clearly are well trained reps. By the way, this is not the first time that I have received horrible service at this store related to FIOS equipment. The first time I came to pick up my equipment here the rep was too busy talking to her co-workers and the second time I went in to return old equipment«the system was down». Some people just don’t appreciate the fact that they HAVE a job and that their actions represent a very large corporation.

I think it’s rather rude when you enter a store and the sales people don’t even acknowledge that a customer has walked in. I could understand if the place was packed but it wasn’t. Other customers were being helped .We came in to purchase a phone case. Not one employee asked if we needed help with anything or atleast had the courtesy to say that they will be with us in a moment. It’s very bad customer service.
