Westland, MI
Very rude service. Co-​workers have no respect for their customers. Very dry attitude, no smiles, hello, please or thank you. This place definitely needs an upgrade with their service. Ugh. Typical tim hortons service which is why I switched to Starbucks! Juvenile attitude is exactly how I would describe it! I do not recommend this place.

This became a terrible place to work once the management changed. The new manager lady admitted that she’d rather fire everyone and retrain a new team «correctly,» so she made our lives hell and we all quit within 3 months of her arrival. She also hired her HUSBAND as a baker. Talk about bad decisions. If you’re wondering why the service sucks here, it’s because they can’t get their employees to stay for more than a few months.

Visited this store and was refused service. The cashier blatantly lied to us, saying they did not have anything we asked for available even though it was visibly on display. Extremely rude.

Although it’s always packed, at any time of day, this is the greatest location around. Staff is nice and do their best to get food and coffee to the millions of customers they have waiting. Every time I go in there I know that even if I have to wait, everything will come out deliciously!

Awesome! I drive up Ford rd for like 15 minutes just get my coffee from here lol. There’s never more than one car in the drive-​thru. Service is awesome, employees are friendly, and the coffee is delicious. Great place!

Oh why oh why don’t they have you Timmies in Arizona? Seriously the only reason I come to visit Michigan is to get my fix. Caffeination is my drug. When I can’t make it I order tubs of Timmy’s online and have them sent to me UPS next day! Try it but warning: you may also become an addict!
